Do you have someone in your life who can coach you without judging you?
Manager, spouse, family member, friend: None of them can be your coach as they would be usually biased.
That’s where PIM came in my life where I found Vijay to be immensely knowledgeable given the tremendous amount of books he has read and the countless coaching certifications he has received.
Vijay is unbiased in his approach and has helped my personal growth which was so integral to catapult to the next level.
I was always wondering how to I grow to a better person given so much negativity all around. Vijay’s contribution in my professional growth has been simply incredible.
Coming to the personal front, no one teaches us how to lead a family life. With 27+ years marriage, we were hitting a deadens, that’s where Vijay’s help through couple coaching played an important role to understand where we were needing focus and what things we should stop doing.
Career Impact Report and Effective Communication Workshop have been a great starting point for a turnaround in our lives.
