Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service. Have used a number of times and had excellent results where other similar tools had failed.
Had one result that came back with dead links, contacted Customer Support who responded within 24hrs and offered me a free search code.
Will definitely be continuing to use PimEyes in future!

Best face recognition on the internet, hands down.
The service is without a doubt one of the best face recognition engines on the internet. I've tried a few others but have found their subscription plans very reasonable for the tool you have access to and their customer service is quick to lend assistance when needed.

I did the search
I did the search, paid for one-time unlock by Paypal of £14.99, but the search was not unlocked on the site. I tried again after opening a free account, same thing. I then tried to contact the customer service via the website and it says it has an error. I've subsequently realised the the report comes by email, but this is not clear, and so I paid twice unnecessarily. At the moment it feels like a massive scam.
