I’m proud to have been a loyal customer to this company for as long as I remember. I’ve recently switch to their luxe range as suggested by Mia. NO REGRETS AT ALL! If you’re like me and is too lazy to remove ur piercings before taking a dip in the pool or showering then defo check out their luxe range. The slightly higher price is so worth it. I’ve had my Blitz piercing in my forward helix for over a month now and it’s as shiney as day with.

The aftercare and thought that goes into each of my order is what keeps me coming back too! Lovely people to deal with and always so happy to see my pinch and fold package arrive 😊😊

The piercings are really pretty (and it's hard to find nice looking, reasonably priced body jewellery!) but unfortunately, at least for the pieces I have tried, the quality is just not there. The gold plating essentially disintegrates within a week, which exposes the brass and it makes the piercing look gross and dirty very quickly. It's a real shame! I really don't see why they'd think gold plated brass is a good idea for body piercings tbh. Are they suggesting I take out my conch every time I shower? They have stainless steel pieces with "gold anodised plating" (I assume they mean titanium?) and those might be more durable - I'm curious, but honestly unwilling to waste more money if it doesn't work out. A real shame!

This place has so many adorable pieces! I recently bought the gold blossom hoops and wear them pretty much every day. I paired them with a gold ear cuff and they're my go-to jewellery. They arrived within a few days in super cute packaging and in well packaged condition. Couldn't recommend these guys more - I would buy it all if I could! Secretly saving up for additional pieces! ;)

Im so glad i found Pinch & fold. It has always been difficult to find nice rook pieces! I purchased the fantail piercing for my rook, it actually made me love it more as I was finding it hard to find nice rook jewellery to match my solid gold piercings. It fits in seamlessly with the rest of my piercings and the design is stunning. Also love the material, I know it’s not going to cause any sensitivity issues as i tend to have flare ups if it is not the proper surgical material. So far I have not had an issue so Im super happy!!

Sam was really helpful with options for my gifts. She also was kind enough to seperate the gifts for me with personalised names as per my request. Not many companies get down to the small details like Pinch & fold. They were fast at responding my queries and their products are also super pretty!

Ordered in November for Christmas still waiting on delivery - apparently hasn’t even reached the U.K. yet. Definitely wouldn’t order again

I would absolutely recommend! The piercing arrived within a cute jar with my name imprinted in the lid with a cute handwritten note, which made my purchase feel valued :) I did find that the bars appeared a little long. However in the long run it had made my piercing heal so well!

Where do I even start with my experience with pinch and fold... my orders have all been beautifully presented with thoughtful and sustainable packaging. The items I’ve received are always true to the images online and the models wearing the pieces helps so much! I’m a big fan of rose gold and they carry such wide range of pretties in my favourite colour. I would not consider shopping anywhere else for piercings, ever!!

So happy with my new piercing combo! Where could I start in regards to the experience I had with Pinch and Fold, they were beautifully designed, thoughtful, well presented, with cute package and lovely gift wrapping. I would not even consider shopping anywhere else.

Cheap quality, you get what you pay for (actually not even worth what they charge) Rings tarnished and bent out of shape within a couple weeks. Don't waste your money.

Sharon was amazing at helping me style my ear piercings with my nose piercings. I was extremely clueless as I didn’t know which would go well together. Sharon was patient and even though it was an online chat service. I really did feel the presence of someone helping me in real life too. I now have amazing gold piercings and love the quality too! Loved the 2 pairs of ear-rings, quality is amazing . Great value for money . Also very hard to find smaller earings that are sterling silver on the market which was the main reason for purchasing from them. They run to sizes 2mm which is basically the tiniest studs you can get. I have quite a few piercings so like to style it with smaller ones against my hoops. The most amazing part is the fine detail of the packaging which was super cute. Will definitely be back for more

Placed my 3rd order with pinch and fold not too long ago and there was a problem with the postal service or something. Mia was so kind and offered to send replacements right away which arrived before the original order.

The quality of their jewellery, some I’ve had and worn since 1 year ago, is excellent and their outstanding customer service is what makes me a loyal customers of theirs.

Fantastic customer service, great affordable prices and you can always feel free to email for any inquiries on delivery times etc.Im so happy I can buy body jewellery in gold as I’m allergic to surgical steel. I love how they have many options to choose from and they have also advise me they are expanding their gold range. It is great when companies take onto their feedbacks from their customers. In my instance, i have requested for a few designs to be made solid gold. Super happy to see them happen and bought straight away!

I’m absolutely impressed by my first order from these guys! The shipping was so quick and the little details that went into my order just tops everything I’ve seen from an online store by far. Loving my wee pieces and can’t wait to my next pay for get more.

Do not waste your money!
I have had the jewellery less than a month and the gold is already going rusted looking. This is not something they advertise on their website but when the jewellery arrives there is a slip of paper that says don't wear it in the shower. Its cheap quality for medium prices. Id have been better off saving up for quality stuff. I bought 7 pieces of them so over 100 quid and it is such a waste. won't even last 6 months.
I give them credit in customer service skills. after 3 days 1 of the pieces broke and they did replace it. The gems fell out. Well, not gems have fallen out of another. Cheap quality
