Even when I had a discreet business I would never have done that to parcels.

Thank you for your feedback. Our branding and packaging are intentional and reflect our core mission: removing stigma around vaginal health and normalising these conversations rather than hiding them.
We understand that some people prefer discreet, unbranded packaging. That is not the approach we take. Pinc is about visibility, confidence, and refusing the idea that intimate health products should arrive in a plain brown bag.
If discreet, unbranded packaging is essential for you, then Pinc may not be the right brand fit, and that is okay. We are proud of who we are and the values we stand for.

Omg. I also NEVER write reviews.... but as someone else said, this time I must.
I have struggled with bv symptoms mainly smell and watery discharge for about 3 years since getting my IUD. I had almost given up and just accepted this side affect. When I was googling I came accross a forum and Pinc was repeals mentioned. I had to try it.... if it works great, if not.... oh well they weren't charging much at all. The delivery was sooooooo quick and tommorrow inm one week In. I saw a difference the very first morning and I can't tell you how grateful I am. It's like I am a new person. Thankyou Pinc... I will continue to buy. Highly highly highly recommend.

Product works but selling points over other similar products have been lost
I got this product once before and was really impressed with it. But I've noticed that there has been a transition to cheaper plastic packaging which was really disappointing. Looks like there has been major cost cutting yet the price of the product remains the same and it's less environmentally friendly. I don't know if this has put me off completely but it has affected my view of the product and brand a lot. Next time I'm more likely to just get a cheaper brand because the high standards I expected from my previous purchase were not met and those were the only reason I chose to continue purchasing from pinc. Some transparency about the decisions to change here and why might change my mind.

As a young brand, we are continuously learning and experimenting with different types of packaging. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us in this process. Here are the reasons behind our transition from glass jars to PET:
We aimed to reduce excessive packaging. The glass jars required additional packaging, including a carton box and paper stuffing, which some customers found unnecessary for such a small item.
The glass jars were prone to damage when bundled together, especially with the introduction of two new products. Being an online company, we needed a packaging solution that would ensure safe transit without the risk of breakage.
Also, by using lighter and simpler packaging, we aimed to minimise our carbon footprint during both manufacturing and transportation processes. We actually don't save any cost in shipping. For reference, there is a flat rate for packages under 500g.
It was important for us to find an alternative product that remains recyclable. The new PET jars can be recycled, just like the glass jars could be.
To summarise, our intention was to be more environmentally conscious while still providing you with the highest quality product. The cost you pay primarily reflects the value of our product itself, rather than the packaging.
At the core of our business, customer satisfaction and happiness are our top priorities. We would like to send you a package containing our new products, with the hope of retaining you as a loyal customer ❤️.

Fantastic for relieving and helping with BV
First of all Pinc boric acid tabs have helped with my BV symptoms and feeling a lot better now. Didn’t want to take the antibiotics which were prescribed to me as they make me feel unwell and had already been given a misdiagnosis for uti antibiotics for a UTI I didn’t have(only found out over the phone half way through the course)!! So didn’t feel right to take more antibiotics. The tabs a very easy to use and I didn’t notice much except for watery discharge so recommend wearing a panty liner. I took 1 tab every 12 hours for two days and then continued to take 1 tab every 24 hours for a few days after. Highly recommend!
Also want to mention the Pinc team and how helpful and generous they were when it came to my order as the shipping hadn’t updated in a while and I was getting nervous because of the holiday season shipping times but they were prompt and resent me another order to hopefully get to me in time! So relieved and thankful for Pinc!

Immediate relief from a BV infection…
Immediate relief from a BV infection that had been quite distressing with increasing odour & discharge. Felt emotionally distressed by it. Suppository offered immediate relief of all symptoms. I’m 3 days in & will continue for a week.
Only negative was waiting on shipping.
