10/10 on communication, always someone to talk to if you have questions. My room was perfect, bathroom was great, water pressure is good 👌🏻 kitchens always clean, rooms are modern and spacious, sad to leave, but overall really good.

I helped my son find accommodation in Maidstone Kent. I have to say that dealing with Pineapple living has been a pleasure. Think twice before you invest with these guys. The building work they will do in your building is sub par and low quality. Worst lettings investment company. Avoid!

unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly unscrupulous. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this appalling lettings company. Building works went on for entire tenancy with zero notice or care.
