Server Overload and Slowing of Gameplay

I have recently been experiencing extreme slowing of gameplay, where machines that typically should take 2 seconds to complete their task, instead take about 6 seconds. I put in a chat request for assistance, and got an angel named Harrison, he was calm, collected, adamant to look through my terminal and files to assist and identify any problems that could cause this. Overall the major issue was the cpu usage spiking, and likely my internet in part. Overall Harrison was lovely and extremely respect and patient. 5 stars:)

Absolutely a great company

Absolutely a great company to rent a server from the control panel is easy to work with down the just needing to ask a question is quite fast.. Will rent from them again A++

Great service, easy-to-use platform

Great service from Sherkat, Owen and the others! On several occasions i've messed up my server and they are always ready to help.
Pine hosting is an easy-to-use platform. We wont be changing providers any time soon!

Harrison S. - an absolute legend

Harrison S. was an absolute legend, very polite and genuine, fast support service, and with no issues. I have no doubt that if there had been any technical issues, that he would have stayed and helped out until it was completed. Thanks again Harrison!
