I have just sold my car on auto trader to Pine Lodge Cars. I dealt with Mal and from the first call till they drove the car away it was a very professional smooth service. I would highly recommend this company and they will be the first company I ring when selling any future Cars.

I've just sold a car to these people, a pleasure to deal with Malcom on the phone, talking, like human beings used to. Did what he said, paid a small deposit which helped to alleviate the 'Will they turn up' feeling. Had a call this morning from the driver, as arranged, driver arrived, made sure I had the money in my account beofre making any attempt to leave.

Be aware it is a risk buying from this company. I bought a car that had smoke damage to the AC system that was not apparent at purchase. After not being able to rectify the issue I requested to return the car within 30 days. I was initially ignored, then they refused and now they have ignored me for 3 weeks.

I can’t fault my experience with pine lodge cars. I sold my car on auto trader so our initial conversation was over the phone, and any further communication was via phone or email. I dealt with Malcolm who ensured I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout. He understood that it can sometimes be risky dealing with people online, so immediately sent me over his website and emailed me from the company email so I knew he was from a legit company. We arranged a day for the car to be collected, and Malcolm sent me a deposit in order for me to remove the advert. On the day of collection I received a call confirming when they would be here, they arrived on time and everything went completely smoothly. They didn’t take the keys until the money was deposited in my account. 10 out of 10 service from start to finish, would highly recommend pine lodge cars!

We received a great service from friendly, straight talking and reliable staff. Following our call, we visited their premises and made a purchase. There was no pushiness or sales pitch. Just straight forward communication. Definitely return to them in the future.

Reserved a vw transporter with this company, drove (140 miles round trip ) to be told the van wasn’t there and the guy had no idea what had happened to it . Shocking service .
The van is now for sale (with this company) on autotrader but 3 thousand pound more expensive. ..

Best place to sell & deal with honest people. Really happy with my entire experience having been sorted out by Mal. Top man.
