Support and Dedication Like No Other!
The team behind this project has a centered vision on the expansion and adaptability of its services for client from all walks of life. My journey in dealing with Pinetrader.io started around December of 2024 after I decided to seek out an alternative webhook service provider. The services from my current webhooks provider at that time had technical issues in supplying the correct SL and TP value from TradingView to MT5, and rather than conducting an in-depth analysis of the situation, they kept recommending to choose different settings in their MT5 EA which didn't help a thing.
Although Pinetrader.io seemed like a great alternative, there was just one problem - there service was not fully accessible to a global audience.
Having so few reliable and legitimate webhook providers seemed terrifying, and my dream of being a full Qaunt Trader slightly dimmed. However, in early to mid year of 2025, Alex - a leading figure and great customer support agent in Pinetrader.io reached back out to me to share the good news that their system had now been improved to accommodate a wider audience.
Having average coding experience, Alex ensured to take his time over couple of weeks to months of communication to equip me with the knowledge and support needed to ensure that my system perfectly aligned with the Pinetrader.io library and alert functions. I grew more and more confident with each interaction, and it taught me some basic coding lessons (patiently waiting for them to launch their coding academy). I sometimes wondered, if he would ever get tired of me asking all these question haha, but in each response, he maintained the highest level of professionalism and willingness to help.
Beyond the great customer service, the product is a banger deal. I now spend 28% of what I would spend for other webhooks and VPS using Pinetrader.io. That's extra funds to put over to my TradingView subscription.
As someone who has also worked in customer service and business, I will say that I'm proud of their continuous improvement, and I would encourage the team to maintain such a high level of standards.... and ohh please don't raise the price when you get more demand. Most of all, to Alex and the others in support, please continue to show a high level of support for assisting individuals with little to average familiarity with Pine script. I honestly couldn't reach this far without your help.
I look forward to my next review when I receive my first sets of trade and can truly claim to be a full-quant trader! Although this was a good review, if I get many technical issues like with my last provider, I will surely keep it honest on here. Nevertheless your customer support is great and I have no doubts that you'll effectively address any problems that could potentially arise.
