Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a customized ring as a Christmas gift well before the website's listed cut off date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. The item arrived over three weeks later on 12/23/23, but the customization was incorrect. There is no contact information to speak with a person, only email and chat. The company would not refund me or accept a return, even though the mistake was due to an error on their end. I was only offered a replacement item plus a partial refund or a free necklace. The replacement item did not arrive until 2/7/2024, even though I was originally promised I would have it within one week (Approx 01/02/2024). Additionally, I did not receive the partial refund nor the free necklace as promised. As of 2/13/24, customer service has stopped answering me.
