Sizing was way off and colors on the black M were not attractive, took a chance on ordering a small in navy blue and it works. But now I gotta return it. Service was excellent.

Pink Blush is the best for maternity and post partum at reasonable prices and good quality! Always impressed.
Great for maternity pieces
Great for maternity pieces. Loved all the dresses I got. Great maternity work wear as well. Everything fit according to the size chart and reviews
Seamless ordering/exchanges/returns
Shipping was pretty fast, quality of dresses were great and return/exchange process was seamless. Everything went smooth and perfect.
Highly Recommend -- great maternity clothes!!
An online site (that I can't visit or know of from in person) where you can actually trust the descriptions & photos to equal the product you receive is sometimes hard to come by. Knowing I got a few options for a photoshoot & was going to return at least 1 of the items, the $3.95 shipping insurance was a great plus! Easy returns.

Terrible Experience- Late Delivery, Extra Charges & Poor Quality
First of all, it took them 20 days to deliver my order. I even explained it was for a maternity photoshoot, but they made no effort to help or speed things up. On top of that, they charge for shipping twice — once when you buy and again if you return — even though it’s a .ca site. The material quality is also disappointing. Overall, unless you absolutely love something and have no other option, I would not recommend buying from this site.

Extremely dissatisfied — one of the most frustrating purchases I've ever made…
I attempted to buy a few dresses for my sister's baby shower in the USA, intending to have them delivered directly to her. However, after several back-and-forth emails with their agent, I was told that due to my billing address being in Canada, they couldn’t ship the order directly to my sister in the U.S. Instead, they insisted on sending it to me, and I would have to forward the parcel myself.
When I finally received the package — which, ironically, had been shipped from the U.S. , I was charged an additional CAD 25 in UPS delivery fees. On top of that, I had already paid for shipping when I placed the order (CAD 188 worth of dresses).
What’s the point of refusing to send the order directly to my sister in the U.S. if it was going to ship from there anyway, and then still charging me extra to receive it? Their policies are unclear, inconsistent, and honestly very frustrating.
This whole experience was a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with this company, the process felt disorganized and misleading.

I ordered a pleated dress that I thought was just wrinkled upon arrival. I went ahead and washed the dress and then realized the wrinkles were actually very damaged pleats that a tailor couldn’t even fix. The company was unwilling to accept their defective dress back so I’m out $100 for a dress I’ll never get to wear. That’s a bad business practice in my opinion because I would never shop with them again after the way this was handled so shop with them at your own risk.
Company deletes negative reviews!
I've purchased multiple items from this store and was happy with only two. I left reviews but when I checked back later, only the two positive reviews were posted. This is a super shady business practice. I ordered clothing based on the fraudulent positive reviews and now I'm stuck with overpriced cheaply made clothes that don't fit right.

Absolutely horrific customer service
Absolutely horrific customer service. I added three dresses to my cart and while I was still shopping for another 20 minute and then proceeded to check out the prices on those dresses became twice more expensive. I decided to use one of the promo codes and the price from the the most current price went down to 30% less which is still more expensive than the way it was originally. Absolutely trashy website and scam-like coupons. No other clothing website changes the price of the item WHILE ITS ALREADY in your cart. The customer service acting like everything is right of course. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on scam

Same dress way cheaper on Hello Miz
I bought a $100 dress from Pink Blush only for it to arrive with a Hello Miz tag on it. When I checked the Hello Miz site, it was listed at $67. Not cool! Also, the colour on the Hello Miz site was way more accurate than the colours on Pink Blush.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I solely rely on reviews, but I don't ever write them... especially bad ones. But I was so upset about this situation, that I couldn't NOT write one. First, yes their clothes are very cute, and I was really excited to purchase them as there just isn't that large of a variety with maternity clothes out there these days, that don't cost hundreds of dollars plus.... First issue, their shorts really only run from size Small - Large. they do not have a large selection of traditionally sized 24-40, etc. I am not a size 2 in bottoms/jeans/shorts, I do not fit in a small. I would need an extra small in jeans/shorts vs. small. What they offer in XS is VERY LIMITED. That was the first issue I faced, limited options. Not too big of a deal, okay I'll find what I can. Second, the options they did offer in XS were again, even more limited, as pretty much everything is basically out-of-stock. Then reading the reviews, every item is so drastically different in how they run either you need to size up as it runs small, or size down because they run large, so then when you see the items that have no reviews you have no idea how you are suppose to pick your size. PLUS there is a ridiculous charge you have to pay for being able to return items. If you don't purchase there $7.00 "return security" add on, you aren't able to return items if they don't fit you, which I think is crap. I shouldn't have to pay them to be able to return my items that don't fit me because THEIR sizings are way off. The clearance items? If they don't fit, you can't return either. I guess I understand that part.. But I've never heard of a clothing store have an "All Sales Final" policy. Okay, what ever, I can still deal. I'll figure out what I like and if it runs too big, I'll just save them for when I get a lot bigger, what ever, Im not that hard to make happy. Then when I finally looked through the ENTIRE website to find 4-6 items that I liked, actually fit me, AND were in stock.... I purchased my order. I was super excited about getting some, new, comfortable clothes that are actually going to fit me, now that I am starting to get my baby bump, and everything is getting pretty uncomfortable and its impossible to find cute maternity clothes anywhere near me... then what do you know, I go to pull up my "Shop App" that is not affiliated with PinkBlush at all other than to track my package, and it tells me my items have been refunded! Not a single word from pink blush explaining what happened. No email to my EMAIL ON FILE, no text to my number listed, no pink blush notification, nothing. I emailed them to see what happened, no response. I had to log into my pink blush account to write then an email wondering what the heck happened. I am blown away that they would cancel my order and not send any kind of notification at all about this. It took me months to finally pull the trigger in buying some new clothes, then finding some that would fit me was a pain, and when I actually did they cancel my order without ANY explanation or notification. Then when I went back to purchase the clothes again, over a week later, when I finally was able to see my order was cancelled.... what do you know, NOTHING is again, in my size. Im so disappointed in the lack of communication in their customer service. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I have no idea if their clothes are even of good quality, how they fit, or if I would even like them. Who knows, if I would have gotten my order, or an explanation immediately so I could have hurry and repurchased, I may have LOVED their clothes and highly recommend them to everyone. But because their customer service Is crap, I won't be able to do that on their behalf, and rather, because of this situation, I'll never know if I liked their clothes enough to raise this 1-star (that I wish I could give no stars instead) to a higher rating because their clothes are wonderful. But due to their customer service I would never give them more than a 3 and thats ONLY IF I LOVED their clothes. But I wouldn't know. Im huge on communication and good customer service in a company, I've worked in customer service since I was first able to have a job and I have never seen someone's order et canceled without some kind of notification, word, information, etc. Very unprofessional and unethical. I feel like they should reach out to ppl regarding these issues BEFORE they take action!! I bet they dont even reach out to me regarding this review 😡
Seriously, If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I ordered two pairs of jeans from them
I ordered two pairs of jeans from them, both wide leg, opted for the larger size as I'm usually an 8 (29) but went with 30, and I'm glad I did. The jeans are better than I would have gotten somewhere like WalMart or Target, and I would say equal in quality to Levi's, they have stretch so not as good as higher name brands, but they will last through multiple pregnancies for sure. DEFINITELY BETTER than Motherhood Maternity, which I have come to hate due to such poor quality. I plan on buying more.
I wouldn't buy unless they had 40% off sale going on, and they change their sale codes daily, so that's kind of annoying. Still though, it's not a scam company. I'm sure some of the dresses are hit or miss, but it's worth taking a chance on (as long as you're not paying full price).
Okay products, but not worth the hassle if you need Customer Support
I know this is annoying for me to say this, as anyone in customer support can attest to, but I run Customer Support departments. I only mention it because I know how the sausage is made: how and when discounts are honored, how troubleshooting should go, and what it looks like when a company is (or isn’t) customer-centric.
My first order was one pair of jeans—fine, though the sizing felt a bit off. This time, I tried to buy swimsuits during a 24-hour promo, but no matter what I added, I kept getting an “out of stock” message at checkout. I couldn’t resolve it in time, so I contacted support asking them to extend the discount, which they initially denied, saying the promotion was only for 24 hours, ignoring my statement of a bug.
What resulted was an ongoing back and forth of rigid policies, lack of detail in their replies (like how long I had to cancel), no real investigation into the bug I reported, and an overall sense that they didn’t care about the poor experience.
To be fair, by the end I did ask them to go above the original discount due to the ongoing site issues (they said no). I only asked for this because I didn’t notice a second item still in my cart when I finally was able to check out. That’s on me—but I still think a halfway customer-centric brand would’ve tried to make it right. Based on other reviews, it sounds like if something doesn’t go right with the order, a version of my experience is what you’ll get. From a business operations standpoint, the time they spent going back and forth with me—and the potential of me continuing to buy through pregnancy—was likely more costly than simply honoring the discount and retaining me as a customer. Given how often they run sales, I imagine they have decent margins and room for flexibility.
I know I am being a stickler, but the way they handled it rubbed me the wrong way. I doubt most people care about this stuff as much as I do—so take this for what it’s worth. The products seem fine.
A few other things to note:
– I asked for escalation to a manager three times. No actual escalation ever happened and only once was it referenced that a manager was consulted.
– At one point, they suggested placing the order by phone, which isn’t typically PCI compliant and shouldn’t be standard practice.
– The original checkout bug was never addressed, nor did they provide the basic troubleshooting steps that most ecomm brands offer when customers report site issues

DON'T BUY
DON'T BUY! If you do not reside in the USA. They make you pay for international shipping AND you have custom and taxes to pay for like 1/3 of the order's value. I purchase for 450$, paid 22$ Shipping with UPS and still got 121,99$ to pay up. Pretty frustrating as I had a good order. Never had that problem with another clothing store.
