My subscription box arrived damaged

My subscription box arrived damaged. One of the masks had exploded, and everything was covered in powder. Not only that, several of the other products had leaked, making everything sticky and unusable. Their customer service team was only willing to replace the mask and told me that I should just essentially rinse off every other product and still use it. They would not send replacement products for the other damaged products. I would not order from this place. You will not get good customer service and your products will arrive damaged.
