Very disappointed with this company.
I had high expectations since a colleague has used this company previously however I should have went with my gut and used a local company.
Communication was okay, but when I received the final product, it was far from what I expected in terms of quality and detail.
I even had members of the public request I go back to the company for a reprint. Not only am I disappointed, but the public response has made it clear that the quality just isn’t up to a BASIC standard.
When I reached out to raise my concern's they offered to send me a quote for replacement…as if I would use them again!!

Vinny at Pinksheep was simply OUTSTANDING. He was patient, professional, kind and thorough. I so appreciated how he proactively monitored the situation and made sure that I was kept abreast of progress. The whole experience was golden, and it was thanks to him. Thank you VERY much!

We looked into several companies for merch boxes that we wanted to send out to staff and partners and decided to go with Pinksheep partly because of the range of ethical products they offer and the sustainability programme that plants trees on our behalf, and partly because their presentation of products was clear and easy to digest which made it easy to see exactly what we would be getting. Our Account Manager, Fran, has been endlessly patient with the many, many changes and back and forth to get final sign off, and always very friendly with it. We've had great feedback from people who have received the boxes and I look forward to working with Pinksheep again in the future, definitely recommend.

Very impressed with the demo boards and product catalogue Pink Sheep have printed for a manufacturing company I work for. The quality of the printing is fantastic and the colours really pop out compared to other printing companies we have previously used. I would highly recommend. I can not fault the service we have received, Thank you Fran for providing us with the best customer service. Delivery was also very good.

Thanks for the Halloween treat of 500 business cards for £1!

After ordering and paying for my product I was contacted and told an £8.00 addition fee would have to charged if I wanted my business cards delivered to Belfast. I send parcels on a daily basis all over the UK and unless arranging a special courier service no extra charge applies to Northern Ireland. Will never use this company again. Ridiculous.

Very informative staff who managed to delivery project to an unrealistic deadline laid out by ourselves.

The finish of the product was as expected and was of a high quality. Friend customer service approach and understood the usual office pressures. We shall be using Pinksheep again.

I phoned Pinksheep to discuss my artwork and requirements for my company Beer Mats - Katie was very helpful. They sent over my design proof which I was very pleased with and only took payment when I was completely happy - not a lot of companies do this!
The beer mats arrived within the expected date of delivery and I am very pleased with the quality and finish and price.
Katie also offered to send sample Beer Mats to me if I wanted.
I would highly recommend Pinksheep for your marketing materials.
I will definitely be using them again.

I needed some exterior signs but wasn't 100% sure of the best material to use. Phil was an absolute star with his advice and really took the time to help, despite it only being a small order. Thoroughly recommend them.
