Ordering process was straightforward
Ordering process was straightforward, fast enough delivery and items arrived in good condition, of good quality. However not a 5 star service, as no packing or returns label was enclosed in package and their returns process is a bit dated and convoluted. I mean, in 2023 a QR code method should be available to customers. Instead customer has to locate their own proof of purchase, then print & enclose in returning package, along with a downloaded & completed returns label. I always side eye companies that make it unnecessarily harder to return than to order. It also shows lack of consideration to customers who don't have access to a printer or who may have mobility issues. Pink Soda would've got 5 stars from me if it wasn't for that

Big hole in coat, zero customer service
Brought a coat from pink soda, when going to use it I noticed it had a big hole on the inside of the coat. I have contacted pink soda and had no reply. Customer service is really an issue. As for using the company it’s the first time I’ve used them and probably wouldn’t use it again.

Disappointed as items were bigger then same size from different brands
I ordered few items,unfortunately my size 20(Xl) which I wear is huge and sleeves are very too long, however quality looks good. The biggest disappointment is that you have to cover return fee yourself.

Ordering was easy, but no customer service
Ordering was easy, but I had to return the coat as it was faulty. According to their policy they refund postage but I didn't get mine back. Also no customer service, or anyone to speak to, and no communication from them about it either, so on that basis, I'm only giving a 3/5 rating
The coat I ordered, although faulty, it was lovely, just far too long for me, I'm a big fan of pink soda but this has left me disappointed.

Quality issues
Second time I have tried these leggings and again instantly started coming out with tiny holes down the sides of the seams and across the legs. Really disappointed as they were so comfortable and a good length.
