THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL TO DEAL WITH-THREATENING LETTERS
I did not receive the items ordered they sent me two very different dresses. Both returned with proof of posting. You don’t get your full money back they send you the money minus £2 each time. So it’s cost me the postage and £2 x 2 and I’ve never even seen the dress I wanted. They now say they haven’t received one item back and they’ve sent very surprising threatening letters straight away which they say will cost me £20 a time which I’m supposed to bank transfer to them and that they will put me on a bad credit register. They say I’ve not replied to emails but I’ve sent them lots including the proof of posting. Thank goodness I have proof of posting but this is not nice until it’s sorted. I will NEVER EVER order from them again
UPDATE 8 December 2023 this is a scam and I’ve reported to Action Fraud. After the false non return allegation, it became instead a false allegation of no labels, then a false allegation that I returned in poor condition. All nonsense. They returned partial money. Then they said they’d returned too much (they haven’t I’ve still not received full refunds). Then they say they’re charging me per email and penalties of £5 a day if I don’t send them money. Threatening emails loads a day all in poor English. From Pink Vanilla and Reveni a company supposedly set up to improve customer service with instant refunds if you google them. I hope no one else gets caught up in this
