It's a scam, be carefull. I ordered lenses, payed items and shipping, and now they want to charge me for extra 20 euros for picking up the item.

I don't usually write reviews but my whole experience with Pinky paradise was honestly amazing so I had to write. It's very rare to find a business that does as well as they do so I felt I needed to write. Anything I can do to help a company that goes above and beyond to make the customer feel good and deliver great service and a great product. Above all the customer service is amazing hands down. They are very kind and very helpful. Communication through the whole process was fantastic as well. They have a great selection of products and are fast and very reliable. I would personally highly recommend them and plan on hopefully purchasing more in the future when I can. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you all again. I love Pinkyparadise! Their contacts are beautiful and great quality. I've bought from them for maybe 1-2 years now, and my favorite time to buy is during their Halloween sale, when they have a super awesome Buy One, Get One free deal. But they always have a lot of sales, and their contact colors show up great on dark eyes. I will say that it takes a while to ship to America, but that's a given considering they're shipping from overseas (Malaysia). The contacts I buy (yearly) are overall very comfortable to wear, although I will say they are much thinner than normal contacts that I wear for my prescription.

asking me to review your product before i even have a tracking number is not only insane but disrespectful. I asked you to provide me with one and I was told to wait...you'll get a 5 star when it's deserved tbh it's so far a 1 star and I'm about to ask for all my money back...

I usually buy from international shops with Paypal, but that wasn't an option here. I placed an order here with a new credit card and a week later, I started getting charges all over the Philippines! Customer service wouldn't help me at all. Pinkyparadise was the only place I made a purchase, so no one else had access to my credit card number. At least I used a prepaid credit card so they couldn't access my bank account, but I still lost a lot of money. I would be very wary of buying from here!

Have been getting my contacts from pinkyparadise for a while now. They have the cutest designs from cosplay to natural and they’re all so comfy and breathable. This is the site I go to when i’m looking to try something new! I go for dolly-like contacts and they last all throughout the day with no issues!

I was having an issue with my order but they helped quickly and nicely! I also love the contacts that I got, they’re such great quality and show up so well!

The contacts they sell are amazing !! Super cute and good quality for the cheap price they sell it for in comparison to other stores. Also very comfortable and easy to wear. Customer service is also amazing?? Like they have pretty fast response and fix a problem quick if you have it. When I had ordered contacts for the first time, one came in torn. They immediately responded and offered me either a replacement or points twice the price of the contacts id gotten. i was rly happy and ordered two more contacts after that hehe ! im sooo glad i found this store on insta lolol. Anyway, def recommend buying !!

at first, I was skeptical about this website but I saw this girl on YouTube reviewing this brands contact lenses from 5 years ago! so I thought it was legit and went for it. I ordered 2 contact lenses and I am SOOO OBSESSED WITH THEM!! I love them so much and they look so cute and give me the doll look I was going for. I will be ordering from them again and they are very affordable !! much love 🖤🖤 and my ordered took about 1-1/2 weeks to arrive to North America. LEGIT!!!
p.s. : I also accidentally l wrote Dow n the incorrect address and they fixed that for me in no time:) customer service is also top tier.

My items got lost in the mail and weren’t delivered, I contacted customer service and the response time was absolutely great! With that being said the agent offered a one time completely free replacement! With an adjust to the prescription since I selected the wrong prescription on the first order!!

Pinkyparadise lenses are the BEST lenses I have ever tried! They're super comfortable and effective, the shipping is fast and the customer service is very good! Communication has always been a breeze!

i just received my order, which included plain acuvue oasys lenses and 4 pairs of mystery cosmetic lenses in my prescription, and i’m OBSESSED.

the order took a little over 2 weeks to ship, which i was adequately informed about when putting the acuvue lenses in my cart (my guess is that they don’t keep onhand stock of plain prescription lenses, and instead offer them more as a convenience to the customer). their price on the acuvue lenses was lower than any other store or site i’ve EVER used previously. the grab bag lenses were $10/pair, cute and more comfortable than any other colored lenses i’ve had access to before (the cosmetic options available to prescription lens wearers in the us are *grim*). they not only sent me free lens cases for each pair i ordered: they sent me CUTE lens cases. with little animal heads on them! this review is a little rushed, because i’m excited to have fresh lenses, but i wanted to leave a nice one before i forget!

Edit 3: The lens have arrived and are in great condition! My takeaway is that Pinky Paradise really stepped up with addressing my issue from initial interactions and I appreciate this greatly from them. The additional length of also opening up a case from them in addition to my own case with the shipping company truly showed me that they were taking steps to help make things right and I am confident in saying that I will continue to purchase lens from them.

Edit 2: Pinky Paradise reshipped the contact lens. Thank you very much! The shipping company said that the driver did not take a picture to confirm delivery so are unable to confirm actual delivery, but Pinky Paradise is pulling through despite the shipping company mistake.

I paid for express shipping and never received my contact lens. I reached out to the customer service team because I did not receive any emails from Pinky Paradise saying my package was out for delivery or that they had been delivered. I was then sent on a run around to the shipping company who claimed they delivered the package with no proof other than the “delivery person said so”. This was one of the most frustrating experiences ever and just poor customer support. No other company I’ve ordered from has had difficulty delivering a package to me. For the money I’ve spent including the express shipping, this has made me distrust them so much. I double checked my address and it is correct and I just felt no empathy from customer service. I definitely hope others never have to experience spending money on their products and never receiving them.

Their stuff was so beautiful and the delivery came quickly. Good luck to this company.

This was my first time trying lenses and I had a great experience. The shipping was way quicker than I thought it would be, and the lenses were comfortable! I'll definitely purchase from here in the future :)

It is a very reliable store. The attention is very good. The quality is the best and above all the contact lenses are very comfortable. The colors are very natural and beautiful

Love love love it… great fit and never imagined that I could wear colored contacts with my astigmatism prescription. This was my first try out. Definitely going to order more colors.
