If I could give 0…

If I could give 0, I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE/COMPANY!!! Be warned, BEWARE. I ordered a simple pair of contacts, yet received a massive box of Betta Fish leaves…whatever that is. The box was so big, I could hardly fit it through my door. The company is insisting I received contacts, and even took a picture of the box with tracking (total embarrassment for them as contacts are not that big and tracking is plain proof that I received the wrong item). They didn’t reimburse me, so I’ll have to go through my credit card company. Btw, I ordered February 2 and it’s now March 18…if you do order, you’ll be waiting over a month for delivery, whatever it may be that you receive.

Recently, we have identified a sudden increase in cases where packages were switched during transit, following a change in our shipping route to the USA. Based on our investigation, this issue appears to have occurred during the courier handling process, where a new shipping label was mistakenly placed over the original label. In several confirmed cases, customers who removed the top courier label found different recipient details underneath, indicating that incorrect relabeling may have taken place. Unfortunately, this has resulted in some orders being delivered incorrectly.

That said, after reviewing your case and previous communication with our representative, we can confirm that a full refund has already been arranged for your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your debit card account.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and again, we are very sorry for the experience you had.

Gold standard for cosplay contacts right now

The customer service at Pinkyparadise is responsive and helpful and their products are good quality. Other contact retailers are hard to get ahold of even when a package is lost, which cosplayers know can be catastrophic when you have a con coming up.

Very disappointed i didn’t even receive all of the contacts i ordered i ordered 3 pairs and only received one pair please people save your time and money because u will wait and wait and wait just for them to mess your order up …$160 wasted

I didn't mind the waiting a bit part at all and ot wqs nicely packaged, im just very disappointed that the Rinnegan sclera contacts did not fit my eyes, it slightly folds so it cant sit right.

We had a rough first experience based a minor packing snafu but PinkyParadise made good on the order and resent with a surprise gift for the in convenience. Shipping takes a while, but you will get the best in time!

Honestly, I was disappointed because it took such a long time to get my lenses.
BUT!!!
Its NOT really the company's fault. Tariffs and shipping and you know how that goes.
Now that that is out of the way, I will be the first to tell you I am raving about this company. They make great contact lenses in many different shades, sizes, colors, etc. I am completely and totally happy ordering from them and will continue to do so. You should too! They are by far the BEST online contact lens seller.

No delivery and no response from customer support

I placed an international order which could not be delivered due to customs clearance requirements in my country.

I contacted the company multiple times to request assistance or a refund, but I did not receive any response to my emails.

As the goods were never delivered and there was no communication or support provided, I was forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank.

I believe the company should be more responsive and provide proper customer support when delivery issues occur.

Upon checking, we understand that you were requested to pay customs charges by Turkish customs. Please be informed that once the items arrive in the destination country, any applicable import sales tax, customs duties, and handling fees are determined by the customs office in Turkey.

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of sales tax or customs duties, as each country has its own customs regulations and assessment procedures. These charges (including import duties, service tax, and handling fees) are determined and invoiced separately by the courier during the customs clearance process.

Please also note that Pinky Paradise is unable to refund international customs duties and sales tax, as stated in our purchase terms and conditions, where such charges fall under the customer’s responsibility.

Love them!

They’re a bit uncomfortable at first (first time every wearing contacts) and it took me forever to put them it at first, but that got easier and they’re pretty comfortable now!
