AVOID this company. Took £250 for a roof inspection and report, didn’t carry it out, won’t refund.

I was contacted by Charlie from Pinnacle Roofing after posting a request on Checkatrade for a “Roof Inspection and Report”. He charged £250 for this service, but all he provided was an estimate, not an inspection report, and estimates are FREE according to Pinnacle Roofing’s own website. I cancelled the contract within 14 days and asked for a refund, which is my right under consumer protection laws. Pinnacle Roofing hasn’t replied to my email or letter and they haven’t refunded my £250. Avoid this company at all costs. They are NOT trustworthy.
