I Cant explain how Genuine Pinnacle Fitness are and especially “Will” - he has made me feel so confident buying such a beautiful Life fitness pro 2 Shoulder press which he even sent me a walk around video to aswell. I HIGHLY reccomend this company there products actually look like the pictures they display on thr website.

Purchased a fully refurbished cross trainer from Pinnacle Fitness. Extremely happy with the product. Excellent customer service from Will, who kept me regularly updated with the order and delivery times. Installation team were also very helpful and careful during the installation process.
Highly recommended, would happily use again when purchasing any further fitness equipment.

Recently decided to purchase a Life Fitness 95C bike as this was the same model used at my local David Lloyd and the ongoing lockdown situation wasn’t particularly ideal. I stumbled across Pinnacle online and saw they had one refurbished available so got in touch.

Will was a gent to deal with and even went the extra mile by sending me a video of the machine prior to dispatch to ensure I was happy with it. The bike arrived yesterday and is honestly better than I expected. Mint condition and feels brand new. They even included super durable floor mats which was greatly appreciated.

Vicky also kept me up to date regarding shipping which was greatly appreciated being almost 500 miles across the country. I’d strongly recommend Pinnacle and will no doubt be a returning customer in the near future. Many thanks once again for the first class service.

Extremely pleasant to deal with and really helpful too, with regular communication throughout.

William was very helpful in talking me through the process and offered me a range of solutions when there was an issue with stock availability with my preferred set.

There was no hard selling or exaggerations when it came to their products or service; the team was really professional and kept me informed throughout: this really doesn't happen in most places.

Recently purchased a set of 40kg Blitz dumbbells.Found that Pinnacle were totally professional and very customer orientated.Ordering through to delivery was hassle free and would have no hesitation recommending or buying from Pinnacle again.

Fantastic service and LifeFitness 95T SE treadmill arrived the weekend before lockdown. Whilst being a refurbished machine it looks brand new and performs exceptionally well. Everything in full working order and great after service as well to ensure all good. Thoroughly recommend this machine, the company and the service.

Purchased an IC7 Life Fitness bike with Myride console from Pinnacle Fitness,s ebay page . Although out of hours ( 8.30pm Sunday night ) , Will phoned me straight away to apologise ,saying this bike was no longer available and then refunded my money immediatley . He then suggested an alternative model on his web site , which I purchased. The bike was delivered to me promptly in Cornwall and extremely well protected during transit in layers of bubble wrap. The bike was in excellant condition and once set up . I noticed that one of the buttons on the coach by Colour console wasnt working very well. So I contacted Will and it was absolutly no problem at all , a replacement was sent straight away. Will is a very likeable person to deal with and his company are second to none . Professional , courteous , supplying great refurbished equipment and reasonably priced , with excellant follow up support. I highly recommend them ,you wont be disappointed with their service .

I recently ordered a Life IC7 Spin bike. The communication between myself and Will at Pinnacle was absolutely great, just what you want when spending had earn't money. It arrived as planned and after unwrapping the very professional wrapping, i was very delighted with my purchase. The used condition was far better than i expected as it was like new condition. I would very much like to recommend Pinnacle Fitness to anyone thinking of buying any equipment from them. You will not be disappointed.

We bought the fully refurbished Life Fitness treadmill in Satin Black. It arrived promptly at the time agreed from a very helpful courier company. They were brilliant. Upon arrival I inspected the machine (I have experience with commercial gym equipment.) Straight away I could see it had been serviced to a high standard, the engineers at Pinnacle Fitness clearly know what they're doing! It is immaculate, mechanically sound & looks absolutely fantastic! Special thanks to Will who worked tirelessly to provide an excellent service, he went the extra mile to get exactly what we wanted. We're absolutely delighted with our new piece of gym kit & couldn't of got a better product or service. I highly recommend this company. We will use again for future additions to our gym.

Found the company by accident when searching for refurb spin bikes. Excellent customer service. Was looked after by Will who talked me through the different bikes available, pro/con and sent photos of the different models. Needed the bike quickly and although he was out of the office he was able to get the bike sent out by next day delivery. I always worry about buying refurb equipment online but had a great experience with this company, felt they were highly trustworthy and they delivered a great product. Would use them again.

William at pinnacle fitness was on hand to give my wife great advice on buying her replacement spin bike .
William even came in at the weekend to let her see what options he had for the replacement bike .

I used Pinnacle to order a recumbent bike. We have had an issue with the screen, but it's how they elected to deal with it which is to be very helpful to try and replace it for free.
