SNEERINGLY RUDE
I asked one of the owner on this site in South Farm Road, Worthing to kindly not throw his roll ups into the gutter.
He was rude, ill-mannered and sneeringly told me 'that's what Street Cleaners are for'.
Perhaps if he reads this he would see to developing more respect for Local Community Helpers, and keep an ashtray to hand.
