I m a Platinum VIP player , and i have bee refused to increased my withrawal limit few times. It is clearly shown that if you reach a given level, you can apply for an increase in the payout limit. I received information from customer service agents that this is no longer avialable. After almost a month, the information has not changed on the casino's home page.
