I placed an order on 13th May,2020
I placed an order on 13th May,2020. Its 23rd May already, the order status still shows processing even after 10 days. I did not get any message till date mentioning when should I expect the delivery, nor did I hear from pinopen team even though I sent them mail enquiring about my order. Tried calling quite a few times, but the number is out of order. I understand the lockdown situation, but this is highly unprofessional. There is no way to cancel the order and request for refund. I already paid for the order and I'm stuck. Extremely disappointed with this experience.
