Sadly just because reviews are good…
Sadly just because reviews are good doesn't mean everyone is going to get the same treatment. Applied for a loan had an email response that its pending assumed I would get a same day answer. Then all next day nothing. No response to email day before asking a questions about the loan so I withdrew my application no follow up email to confirm they had received that either. Simple communication is not hard!!!!!!!!
