In an industry full of scammers, Pionex is a breath of fresh air. Admin are so helpful. Their is some serious profit to be made by the bots also, fully recommend.

DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS!!!!! Took all my money then asked for more and took all of it then had a email from them that says gotcha!!! and the support group didn’t reply back after putting that,definitely a scam, looked on the reviews and seemed legit and even the website did, but obviously not, IM REPORTING THIS STRAIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!

I recently had a terrible experience with Pionex, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, which has left me completely disillusioned and convinced of their lack of trustworthiness. Not only did they block me from accessing my own funds, but their explanation for the issue was simply preposterous. This, in itself, is highly frustrating, as it conveniently started failing after I had successfully bound my phone number to the platform. The timing of this issue raises serious doubts about Pionex's credibility and integrity.

To add insult to injury, Pionex shifted the blame to the UK, claiming that it was the fault of the country not allowing their sms verification. This excuse is not only nonsensical but also demonstrates a lack of accountability on Pionex's part. Instead of taking responsibility for their own shortcomings, they attempted to deflect blame onto external factors, which is both unprofessional and dishonest.

What is most disconcerting about this whole ordeal is that Pionex has shown no willingness to resolve the issue by removing the SMS verification requirement. Their obstinacy suggests a deliberate attempt to hold users' funds hostage, creating an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation for anyone affected. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable for a company operating in the cryptocurrency market.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise anyone considering using Pionex to exercise extreme caution. Their actions have demonstrated a complete lack of transparency, customer care, and overall trustworthiness. I urge you to explore alternative platforms that prioritize the security and accessibility of your funds without resorting to questionable practices.

I hate writing an experience, and doubly so since there are so many positive reviews and the customer service was always available even though it took a long time for resolution. I had a problem with the software not recognizing any of my login info despite it being correct. It took me months to get my money out. I finally did and thought it was cleared up. I waited awhile and went back in recently and again I cant even login now. It will send me a text to get in but will show up half the time even when you hit the resend button, email is somewhat more reliable. But it doesnt matter, your money will be held hostage as the market goes up and down. Of course you can just put the money into usd, but what if the exchanges start collapsing, will anyone answer then? I just cant do it anymore. So good on paper too!

This company can't be trusted. They stole my funds while I wanted to make a withdrawal by replacing my wallet address with a different wallet address own and operated by someone from Pionex. I invested $120 for the AI bot which only made 15 dollar gain in profit for almost three months but when I tried to withdraw my funds, they had stolen my funds. I have lost my money to the thieves from this company and they need to refund me my fund because I can not be responsible for such mess or whatever game they are trying to play with costumer funds. I need my money back as soon as possible because I have an emergency situation that I need to use the money to solve as soon as possible. I can't afford to lose my money and I will not tolerate this criminality perpetuated by member of your staff or whoever did this. I want a thorough investigation done on this case to and a refund of my money as soon as possible because someone life is current depending on this fund for survival right now... invested 750 in a bot, after three days I decided to close it and withdraw the money 10 times there is an error join telegram, it only lets you withdraw small amounts to charge you 10 usdt, in the end I had to pay $30 usdt

I joined pionex recently and really did not understand a lot about the platform and it's enormous investment opportunities.However,I
got in contact with customer support service in telegram and immediately received all the assistance I needed to start my trading and investment journey.

Good luck trying to get a withdraw from these people. First it was wait 10 days, OK, that's mentioned on their web site. Whan nothing happened after that period I was told to wait and be patient. I waited and was patient, when nothing happened I contacted them again and was told to wait and be patient; when I challenged that boilerplate reply, I was told that "withdrawal is currently in the manual review stage. We expect the withdrawal process to be completed within 1-5 business days, and please wait patiently". Now it appears that the withdraw has been cancled?? I wonder if the canceled withdraw had anything to do with my reply when they asked for my opinion of their service? Stay away!
