New handrail
The handrail I ordered was delivered well packaged and swiftly. I was very pleased with the rail and all the accompanying brass fitments. The quality of the product was excellent and the danish oil finish provides an ideal coating.
It is in position and looks well.

Made to measure wood shelving
Bought a made to measure piece of reclaimed wood for a shelf in a bathroom. Arrived quickly and was cut exactly to size. Very happy with the result. The whole ordering process was very straightforward and there was a good choice of size and finish. Would definitely recommend.

Love the shelf and pipe brackets
Love the shelf and pipe brackets. Let down only very slightly by the delivery company as it wasn’t clear when it would come. Luckily I work from home. There was some residue on the pipes and shelf so be mindful when handling.

I ordered 3 live edge shelves
I ordered 3 live edge shelves, 2 of the same size and a larger one. Each shelf was excellent quality and unique. Since then I have ordered the industrial style curved lip brackets which were also excellent. All measurements of the shelves and brackets were exact which made them easy to fit.

I only got part of my order I contacted the company and said I had paid for next day delivery there said it was not them it was the delivery coning from someone else and there had contacted the other party or tried and were waiting I don't know how that would help me there asked what there could do, Don't use them unless you want to pay for a service you will not get disappointed
