Lovely timber to work with
Large purchase order to create some bespoke bookshelves. All well packaged to prevent damage, arrived lovely and flat and ready to use. Customer service was great as there was also a piece made specially that wasnt listed as one of their regular sizes. Will certainly use again.

Very Pleased with product & service

Great response after my error in ordering

Ordered the Square Solid Walnut Cafe &…
Ordered the Square Solid Walnut Cafe & Bistro Table | Black X-Base Leg 70cm X 70cm . I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered the very next day. The table is very sturdy and easy to assemble just as well, has it had no instructions included. The holes were pre drilled for the leg which was good except that the holes are slightly out so that the feet are not square to the table top slightly, however doesn't impact the use of the table.
Definitely would look at buying again in the future.

Great products and service
I have made several large orders recently and have been very impressed with both the quality of the wood shelves and the pipe rails and brackets I ordered. Turnaround has been excellent with all orders arriving next day without issue (opted for next day delivery). Also very responsive to email requests such as for custom items not shown on the website. Pipe Dream has helped my renovation project run smoothly and I have no hesitation recommending them!

Oak Stair rail…
An oak stair rail was ordered online with next day delivery via DX.This was seamless and the item was of expected quality and looks good in situ.
Packaging of the brackets was in a rather tatty box but the rail itself was solidly packed.
