I’m forced to file a chargeback through my bank against Piper & Scoot. I ordered something that was AWFUL quality in person so I returned it. When returning it, they offered me an extra $20 in credit if I was willing to accept a credit instead of refund. I declined because I knew I wanted nothing else from them. Well once I returned my item, what do you know, I got an e-gift card instead of my refund. Apparently they don’t do refunds even though it offered me that option in the return portal. I was told they could issue me a one time courtesy refund 10-14 days after they received the return. It’s been 22 days since they received my return and I’ve gotten no refund. Online clothing shops who don’t make returns easy for their customers deserve to go out of business.

Sizes are way off. They measure sizes flat. So a 17” chest is a small. To do sizes this way does not explain a range of fit. They don’t offer refunds on any kind of discounted merchandise. Full price or forget it. It’s an exchange or store credit. The staff is curt and rigid as well. I made one purchase and it’s my last. Save your money, it’s not worth it.

I love the store in Draper. The staff are some of the best I have dealt with. I found it on accident and go in just about 2-3 times a month because the merchandise changes so fast.

I love Piper & Scoot! The clothes ship so quickly and their team responds to any concerns or questions within a business day and are always so helpful. Returns and exchanges are also super easy. Would shop here again and again.

I’ve been a loyal P&S customer for over 6 years. Kylee and her team have been nothing but professional, online and in-person. The try-ons are accurate and shipping is timely! The quality of clothing and shoes have been fabulous overall, however, I have received “returned” clothes that weren’t adequately checked. The team has always been willing to work with me in those situations.

My sister and I have both attempted to support this business and each time either the item ordered is mysteriously "out of stock" - after we've paid for it - or the package is lost.

It took them an entire month to agree to refund my money when my package tracking hadn't moved in nearly 4 weeks and was very clearly lost - because "it wasn't their fault". As a business who chose to ship online orders - they agreed to take on the liability of sending through USPS - this is not my fault either. To hold my money for nearly a month without delivering an item or a refund is a terrible business practice and a guarantee to lose a customer.

PLEASE do not buy from this company.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. My order took weeks to get to me. The clothes are huge and not true to size. If you try to return after using a discount code, they refuse to refund your money. I will never shop here again. Shockingly bad customer service.

This was the worse shopping experience ever. My package was lost and when I finally got it, the return window was out. I wrote customer service since it wasn't my fault that my package was MIA. The clothes were huge and cheap looking. They told me they would waive the restock fee and give me store credit. I read their return policy and no where does it state there's a restock fee. I've never had an experience that if you use a discount code you won't get a refund, I'm not asking for the full price just what I paid. The rep said oh well I hope you can find a place for them. This place isn't cheap for how cheap their clothes is, it's like shein quality. If your package is lost or if you wanna return you will out of luck.

Clothes are pretty cute. That said their return policy is not clear nor consumer friendly. Only 14 days and if you use a coupon code you'll only get store credit. If an item is on sale it's final sale?!? If there is a non-standard policy like this I expect THE KEY TERMS to be highlighted clearly. Here is was not at all.

Also customer service was SNARKY. We can't change that you didn't read our policy -- ouch. Most main stream companies list "STORE CREDIT ONLY" or "FINAL SALE" on the item page. Lost any chance of me being a repeat customer.

Everything I have ordered has been awesome! Customer service is great! I love they have try on videos!

My sister ordered some clothes here for me because of an instragram ad (here was error number one). Clothes arrived, they were, fine at best. Mediocre quality, didn't fit well, was going to return, maybe browse the website for an exchange. However, there is only a 14-day return window - which *is* on their website, but who looks at that.
I contacted their chat and they told me I could return it for store credit outside the window, but then I had to say, "Okay, but how.", "Just return it to our warehouse at this address." I asked, "You don't need any order information, like my order number or anything?" "Oh, yeah, add that in a note." It felt like I might was well set these clothes on fire. Going to donate them... Wouldn't order from them again or trust the online reviews.

BUYER BEWARE! I saw an ad on TikTok and decided to click, but now I wish I hadn't. The dress was $92! Yeah, that would be a no can do, so I found a discount code online. I got the dress and it didn't fit me and I didn't like it (looked cheap). The dangers of online shopping. SO I reached out to them about how to get a refund through my email confirmation they sent me regarding the order. I then learned, to my complete shock, that because I used a discount code at a certain percentage off, they wouldn't do a return! I've never had this happen. Didn't even think to look at their return policy because WHO DOES THAT?! They do. I got an exchange, but guess what? This dress is a final sale and I'm stuck with it, whether I like it or not. I'll never shop at this store again.
