A month and a half ago my mom order me a "Neverless She Persisted" phone case in white. It took a month for my case to arrive, and once it did I thought it was so cute! But it was horrible when it came to protecting my phone. One week after getting the case it started to fall apart, after two weeks it completely came apart and I have to go buy a new case. Would not recommend this for others.
I still haven't received an order I placed over 3 weeks ago! And the other day I received a phone call from them telling me, the crop top I ordered was no longer in stock. It took them 3 weeks for them to tell me that? But they took my money for it. I also ordered the wrong size phone case and when I asked them if I could just switch sizes while they change my crop top order (because all size phone cases are the same price) they said no, that I would have to buy new ones and then send the others back when they actually shipped. They also deleted my comment off of Facebook when I complained about their horrible service.
Seeming greedy. Keep their Facebook ad going and tooting their own horns. They don't get their products out in a timely manner. My order hasn't shipped that was placed just short of 3 weeks ago. Seems like they are taking advantage of the feminist movement but not taking care of the feminists.
Horrible customer service. Waited 3 weeks for my purchase to ship. It never did. It would have been a completely different story if they had decent customer service instead of rude and generic responses to my questions regarding shipping.
