I bought this product for my mum´s new iPad on 11/04/2020. Just to keep contact with my parents and obviously, mostly video calls.
About the quality of the product, great, nothing bad to say. Idea is great and it looks lush. Appearance, top marks.
About the way it stands, not so much..... I don´t know whether the designers have taken into consideration this use or not. When in a video call the angle it is not quite right, what you can see the most is the ceiling of the room and the double chin of my mum. We tried all of the possibilities that the design give us. If you want to have it a bit more ´straight´, she has found that by placing the mobile at the back, it gives the iPad the angle desired. Just that simple.

It is supposed to have The 5-in-1 “Origami” folding style, but still missing the one.

Mobile phone case was damaged upon receipt. The magnet which is tucked inside the leather to keep the case closed came out. I contacted the company to ask them to send a replacement case or to arrange a refund. They have asked for me to send photographic evidence of the damage. Since the magnet had fallen out I don’t know what evidence they need. I Find companies like this very irritating. I will not be buying from them again and will pursue a refund

Second time of using this company for a different iPad cover. Obviously as they have a lifetime guarantee. What a bonus today when companies just don’t seem to look aftercustomers.

Amazing customer service, warranty process is really good and quickly resolved. Lovely products, but the plastic cases do seem to crack/break during life of the product, so good they have warranty

I have just received my iPhone12 Dusty Pink Magnetic Leather Case+Mount. What an absolutely beautiful piece of work. The quality feel of the case is incredible, and the color is so much better in person. I did not know that a magnetic mount was included, so that was an awesome surprise. Sadly, I do not have the phone to use the case, as iPhone 12's are flying off the shelves here in the USA. I will be ordering more products for myself and as gifts in the future. So glad I found Pipetto! Thank you guys!

An iPad origami case I purchased developed a fault within less than two weeks of using it. Customer services talked me through a Warrant claim. This was resolved within 24 hours and a new case is on its way to me. Excellent customer service.

Just purchased the brown leather iPhone 12 case now. Well done Pipetto. Great work as usual.

This is my second replacement case for our iPad that has just been despatched. I can not fault their customer service to date and with a life time warranty gives you that extra piece of mind. I do feel that the cases need to be reworked slightly to make them last longer before the layers start to delaminate, but with no hassle customer service can not criticise Pipetto.
My only advise would be go back to the manufacturing process to iron out these issues. Pipetto is a great company with great products with customer services that excel head and shoulders above the majority of companies. Well done Pipetto

Nice looking products but not very robust. Now on my 3rd iPad case and second iPhone case.
As has been said many times in reviews they have a great customer service dept and have replaced faulty goods without question. I think they know they have a substandard product which is sold at a premium price so they can afford the great customer service.

I ordered a glass screen protector for my ipad in September which wasn't opened till October - had to wait till daughter could visit to put it on for me - when it was opened discovered it was cracked. I really didn't think Pipetto would do anything. I contacted them anyway and am absolutely delighted with the service received - they sent me a replacement which I'm pleased to say arrived safely. Very impressed with all the help they gave me. Couldn't wish for better.

Purchased a Pipetto case with new iPad, late 2017. Case is very simple, nicely made, & has worked well. However, by October 2020 two corners had broken away & the cover was delaminating. It has never been dropped or bashed, so assume material degrading over time. The case was not cheap! And on looking for a replacement on Pipetto’s website I noticed it came with a lifetime guarantee. They have replaced my case with a new one without any argument. Fantastic! Would thoroughly recommend their great service.
