also, it is clear that their database was hacked in april '24 and my details, along with all the others no doubt, were stolen. i am now receiving a shedload of spam emails every day, to the point that i will have to shut down that particular email account and start a new one. this will be a lengthy process and is all thanks to this shower of backstreet punters.

i would avoid!

I ordered a product from PipingRock and all my email details ended up on the dark web.

I return products over 10 bottles and they have refused to acknowledge my products and have lied about refunding me as promised. After all the conversations they have KEPT all the products and have blocked me from emails after promising me a full refund. This is absolutely bs and unprofessionalism to the fullest. SHAME ON YOU piping rock!!!

This is the third time I have ordered from Pipping Rock. I had noticed a couple of negative reviews but was going to try them out anyways. All of my orders have shown up in a timely manner. There has not been any mishaps and I do seem to get better prices here than other places. Just wanted to throw that out there. I have been Happy with their service

Ordered Melatonin 1mg for sleep via Shop app and they arrived within a week. Was expecting them to be stopped at customs as it’s only available on prescription here but no problems. Shopping was reasonable and the whole price was cheaper than buying them on holiday in the EU. Again maybe service is better in UK?

My brother ordered 2 bottles of beet root gummies. They safety seal on my bottle was not sealed and my gummies are dry and stale. We have ordered from you in the past. Such a shame. You're quality is great!

I have problems with piping rocks this week, I bought 3 items off them. Only 1 was in the box when I opened it, they told me customs must've took the 2 items out of it, I worked at security officer myself.

The box hadn't been tampered with at all I double checked the box the sellotape hadn't been ripped off or nothing, they also said they aren't refunding my post and package which was already a rip off at 20 euro.

My advice is buy nothing off them, items go missing half the time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I made the mistake of ordering from them on eBay and I never recieved my order and tracking never updated. The activities while communicating with them have been extremely scandalous . I DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS AND WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE EVEN MY WORST Enemies TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWHERE !!!!!!

Extremely unreasonably expensive shipping fees. They make it look like their products are cheap or good value but then charge you exorbitant shipping fees to make their money back. Don’t fall for it!

Ignore all negative reviews have used this company for over a year regularly buy products excellent quality and quick delivery

Made my order on the 11th October. After reading the reviews did not expect it to arrive,however, already on the 19th I received my parcel.

Although the products are okay, delivery is ridiculously expensive.I also have problems once i reach check out, often just abandoning the whole transaction. it is a challenge to remove items in the cart. prices change almost daily, chat line is rarely available..am looking at other companies, who may be more expensive for products but cheaper for delivery. a few years of difficulty have soured my relationship with piping rock. PITY!

When my order arrived it was missing a pack of sleep assisting gummies
Company refused to send them out to rectify the problem
They did offer me a refund to correct their mistake

Made a first and last time purchase a couple of weeks ago,the item arrived in a reasonable time but the data breach seems to be ongoing as £190 was taken from my account for an online shop at Tesco miles away. NEVER TRUST PIPING ROCK website.

Wish I had read all these reviews before I had made my purchase.
Re: Order #2787818 confirmed but not delivered.
£17 for my vitamins with a promise to deliver in 3 days but now a week later still nothing.
They used a company called Aramex who is now asking me to pay more for delivery even though I paid delivery when I bought the goods.
Doubt I will ever see the goods now.
This company did reply to my message saying I had to spet it out with Aramex.
I will update this if there is any progress but if this is not resolved I would ask how to report them to trading standards?

Piping Rock have now contacted me a d advised me not to pay the fees for Aramex as it is a fraudulent sms I have received. The good are apparently on the way but 10 days for delivery is the estimate and not 5.
What worries me more now is that they have a data breach and my information has gone to someone who is now able to try and commit fraud with my information.
I hope Piping Rock take this seriously as I have sent them copies of the communication from Aramex (Fake) and the link given in the sms taks you to a fake domain asking for credit card details to complete the transaction
Good job I didn't do it as the first person from Piping Rock just told me to pay it
Makes me wonder if they are in on the scam.

This company has had a database breach 3rd May 2024. My email address is now on the darkweb. Brilliant. Thanks for that. Warning ⚠️ to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.

I can not reply to their email regarding my order. You have to wait 9 weeks, item not received via air mail, with incomplete tracking,before you can request refund. It is like they want you to forget, and they never sent the real product, like something small and light to create a useless tracking #. Update: Refund was fast and pro.

Placed an order but have no update, or order. Of course, they have taken the money! Tried to contact several times but still have no progress. Don't buy from this company! My Dr recommended them - I'll be having a word...

Placed an order with piping rock on 23rd September and after seeing these reviews i didn’t expect to receive my order. However tracking info was available throughout and happy to say i received my order 29th September. The only downside was there was no movement of my order on their website for at least two days even though i paid extra for a quicker delivery, but i have been happy with my first order.
