I ordered my products on the 10 th march

I ordered my products on the 10 th March! They never arrived, $87.56 worth. I’ve not had problems with them in the past have been buying products for years really dissatisfied. Asking for full refund. Better get the shipping amount as it’s getting very high. PayPal requesting refund.

What happened to Nutrient Express

What happened to Nutrient Express? Have used them for years. They never messed up an order and customer service was always very helpful. Only time ordered under new management, they messed up order. Reviews are not good. May try another company

Didn't label my order correctly

Didn't label my order correctly. Courier refused to deliver it. Tried to contact courier, courier wouldn't respond unless I had a tracking number. No updated tracking information was given to me once aramex handed my package off to Evri. Asked piping rock customer service to contact them on my behalf. They refused basically saying once it's out the door it's not our problem. Also found my leaked info on the dark Web due to their data breach, which they deny happening and are shifting blame onto another company. Completely useless unhelpful customer service. They just lost another customer. Please avoid, they do not deserve your custom.

Posted my information on the dark web. I emailed them to get clarification as to what happened and they have left it unanswered for weeks now. I feel vulnerable with my information out there for the world to use. Would not use them again!

I am disgusted with this company

I am disgusted with this company. I have ordered quite a bit over the years. Service and products seem to deteriorate as time goes by. I’ve read these reviews about private information being posted on the dark web. It appears that piping rock was hacked and their information stolen, but Piping Rock did not notify me, a frequent customer. Shows a real lack of concern for their affected customers.
On April 25 of this year, Cybernews posted….
“Piping Rock, a US-based producer of vitamins and dietary supplements, has allegedly been breached, with attackers accessing over 2.1 million emails.
An ad for the company’s data recently appeared on a well-known data leak forum. The culprit claims that the personal details of nearly a million customers lie within 2.1 million stolen emails.
The Cybernews research team has looked into the data sample that the attacker provided and concluded that the information appears to be legitimate.”
Also, I noticed this headline….
“SHUB LAW FIRM INVESTIGATES PIPING ROCK ESSENTIAL OIL FOR NOT BEING ALL NATURAL AS CLAIMED.”
Essential oils do seem to have a more natural scent from other companies that I use. REVIVE is a much more real scented oil in my opinion.I don’t know what happened in the last couple of years, but I am not satisfied with them anymore and will never use Piping Rock again.
I have discovered IHERB in the last year and have been ordering more and more from them instead of PR. Shipping is free after $35 and you get a dollar discount on your next purchase for every purchased item that you review. I’ve never had trouble with them, their customer service is excellent and so are the products I have bought.

Don't trust them any more!
I used them in past and all was fine . This time they added my details on dark web . PipingRoc.com sold my data.
Is disappointing and sad.

Ridiculously bad customer service

Ridiculously bad customer service, that do not reply to emails have been waiting over a month for my order.
They have not replied to the courier company that has a question regarding the package. And untill they do the courier company won't release it to me.

Disappointing

Disappointing! One of my items was missing and they refused to send me another one but give a refund instead, because they did not want to pay for the shipping fee. Although I had paid for delivery so that I could get all the items I delivered. It makes no sense how a product can be missing by mistake when the invoice which they had put in the box clearly listed all the items. I will not be trusting this company.

Personal data landed on the dark web. PipingRock did not yet respond in a responsible manner. Be careful and rather avoid buying there, until they take responsibility for what happened and disclose how they plan to regain customer trust.

This morning I received an email from my Norton that Pipingrock.com has exposed my data to the dark web. I never bought any products from them but might have almost purchased something before so that’s why they have my email.

I used to love Piping Rock till I found…

I used to love Piping Rock Australia till I found out all my Data and Personal information are on the Dark Web. via Norton Security. I have seen this and I have sent two or three email's wanting to know how this happened. But so far haven't heard anything. Obviously other Customers might have been affected. But I am absolutely disgusted in Piping Rock's lack of communication regarding this.

Customers data was hacked but they won’t admit it

Data of over 2 million of their customers was hacked and sold according to reports. Piping Rock do not appear to have admitted to the hacking nor disclosed to individual customers what was hacked or whether this incudes credit card details etc.

Data breach

I received notification from an identity protection service that my data has been leaked on to the dark Web as a result of the Piping Rock data breach. I wrote to Piping Rock to confirm what data has been stolen and what they are doing about it. I did not receive a response so emailed their data privacy team. I received an email to say they will be deleting my data. I never asked them to delete my data. I asked them to confirm what data had been stolen and what they are doing about it. Seems they are trying to cover their tracks. Avoid this company at all costs.
