Hi, I'm Pippa, Leadership & Culture Coach. I started my business in 2020 following a 30 years corporate career. I left school at 16 and have worked ever since. My background is automotive and construction, so I quickly became used to being the only female in the room which to be honest helped build my confidence pretty rapidly! I coach professionals in how to become better leaders. It's my belief that we already have everything we need within us to create a successful career. Often it's our own self doubt or limiting stories that get in the way of this. My role as a coach is to help my clients peel back some layers, show them the resourceful and naturally talented individual that they are and help build confidence around their leadership capabilities. I also work with businesses to improve their culture. Using my proven process I help walk the leadership team through a journey beginning with an aligned vision, and we travel all the way through values, behaviours, listening to the business and it's needs, what it's going to take to achieve it's goals and how the culture can support it's success.
