My experience with PIP SERVICES has been excellent !
They are very helpful and knowledgeable about all their products and help you from start to finish . I go nowhere else for my qualifications and advise everyone I come across to use them !

The course trainer was very clear on course timings and worked well to the time plan.
The course content was predominantly focused on possible course question formats and answers in order to support delegates to answer the end of course test questions.
It is acknowledged that including some practice questions is valuable, however, it was felt that the content was focused predominantly towards passing the test. Understanding of the core materials in order that delegates can take new skills back to their roles and implement also needs to be given equal, if not greater focus. e.g. relating the text materials to real life examples of projects. Including the phases of a project and at what points certain environmental information may be prepared and what the outcomes of the information may inform i.e. tender, pre construction information, construction plans, implementation of requirements and monitoring through to decommissioning.
The delivery of the course was predominantly via the trainer. Exercises, use of breakout rooms and polls would be beneficial. Delegate involvement in the delivery i.e. ask them questions before displaying the contents of the slide, could help embed understanding of the course foundations i.e. getting them to think and work things out before telling them the answer.
Sometimes the course content was over simplified ( in order to make it easier for delegates to answer questions), be careful that when simplifying materials, that technical and legal requirements are not diluted, delegates need to able to apply their knowledge to actual practice and real life scenarios as well as passing the test at the end of the course.

4 months later no course material or refund. Finally spoke to someone today who passed the blame on.

Very easy induction process and everything was clearly communicated

I received all the content I needed to confidently complete the exam. I was coached well by Ricky and would definitely recommend PIP Services to anyone interested in getting a Nebosh certificate.

Early days but so far very impressed with online induction and presentation given.
