I ordered a superior retro console back on 23/11/2018. Being into retro gaming this company sounded the ideal company for me. Initially there was a delay but I didn't mind. They were quite active in their communication with me telling me about the delays and asked me if I wanted a refund. I said no thinking I would keep faith and patient and it would be delivered. Now it's 18/08/2022 and still no console. I've heard excuses about having problems with a Chinese company that ripped them off (nor sure if this is true) but many other people who ordered between 2018 and 2019 have had the same problem. I guess I'm poorer and wiser now and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do your research before looking at retro gaming online

Ordered console back in early 2019 and still haven't received it. They are thieves and will rob u.

Order a console way back at the start of 2019 and never received the console or any emails communicating a problem. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANYunless you want to waste your money. How it's still going I don't know.

Ordered a Superior console when they came out, quick delivery and instant help with setting up etc, sadly, however, I'm not sure that is the case nowadays :(

Ordered a console in November 2018,yes 2018!

Still haven't received it after being I was in a queue, give the bloke (Dave) benefit of the doubt as he went on and on about resolving this in the best way he could.

Now I'm seeing updates from other people who are disgusted by the recent service and also been scammed more so on Facebook that their website hasn't been updated with the back log status for months, messages being deleted, no replies on messenger and emails bouncing back profusely.

I probably won't see my console or my money ever again. Sick of the excuses now.

2 years, lies, being ignored, no console, no refund, don't ever use this company, scam artists!

I'm still awaiting a refund since August for the console I purchased in August of the previous year. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering, however, a friend of mine had received his console 10 months prior to my order. I have remained patient and polite to Pi Retro but my messages have been ignored now for 6 months.

After 2 years I haven't received any console and lost £260. He blocked me on Facebook and never replied to my email. Thief.

I can't believe people are still falling for these robbers. I engaged "Dave" 😂😂 on here several times and told him he was a pathetic piece of garbage. If even half his tales were true he should've folded up his tent and buggered off as he is the most inept businessman on the planet. But he's just a common thief and any decent reviews on here are written by him and his associates. I had £300 returned to me via bank charge within 3 days of requesting it. This was over a year ago and I'm astounded that people are STILL dealing with this human piece of flotsam!! WAKE UP KIDS!!!

Joanne and Jordan Longbottom where are u hiding? Hundreds of people deserved of explanation what happened with our money. U both defrauded hundreds thousands of pounds and u will face the prison sentence one day.

I take back what I said before. This console is a shoddy piece of equipment. No power switch (you have to fiddle with a small wire, to switch it on). Although it has continental circus arcade game and Amiga game (which both work), hardly any other games or emulators (including arcade games) are either unplayable, or just not working. Just think, these guys, did the bare minimum, by slapping games and emulators on the system, without even testing them, in order to make sure that they were working properly. Dreadful system. It is just as well the aforementioned continental circus arcade game and Amiga games work, or, otherwise, this would be getting 0 stars

Hi has anyone been successful in claiming back their hard earned money from this piece of lying scum? Either through their bank or small claim courts? Over a year and a half and he has over 200 quid of our money.
We don't know where we stand legally, but we know the console is never appearing.
Feedback would be appreciated thanks.
