Sold our house with Pirie homes!
Wanted to say a huge thank you to Jack, Ross and Hayley for all the work in selling our home and helping us on every step of the journey.

Jack initially came out to value our home at our request. We were at this stage not ready to move and were clear we were exploring options. It was so refreshing being privided with genuine advice instead of pushy sales techniques. When we were ready, we gave Jack the call and the house was on the market within a couple of days once the photos were taken.

In the end after a few viewings, it was Hayley who sold our home. Her personal approach and passion for our home was like having a representation of ourselves in the house looking for the right fit. I can say having viewed a few houses with Pirie homes, the approach is soft sales, they are there to help and advise.

Finally, we have sold / bought homes in the local area before with more established at the time estate agents. The one thing Pirie Homes does which elavates them above the rest is the support and relentless efforts of Ross. Working in the back ground chasing solicitors and keeping the continuious open line of communication ensuring all of the parties were fully aware of the where we all were in our individual process. This process was different to all other estate agents we had encountered and it is for this reason especially we would recommend Pirie Homes to anyone selling their home in the local area!

I bought my first house recently with Pirie homes.

Ross was fantastic in keeping us up to date with the situation throughout the whole process, he would call me regularly to provide any updates he had when we got close to completion.

Ross was able to help with anything we needed or was unsure of.

We both sold and bought property via Pirie Homes and the experience was outstanding on both sides.

It's very clear that Ross and Jack have an extensive knowledge of both their industry and the St Neots and surrounding areas. We accepted an offer on our property within the first couple of days of being listed and the process relating to Pirie from start to finish, in both our sale and the purchase of our new place, was excellent. Jack was in contact with us (and contactable) at every stage of the process and was extremely helpful answering questions we had.

However, it's when things don't go 100% to plan that really separates the true professionals from the rest...

We had some last minute issues with completion due to an incompetent solicitor way at the bottom of the chain (I want to emphasise that this was no fault whatsoever of the Pirie guys). This effectively resulted in a delayed completion for the entire chain. Now, a normal estate agent could have just sat back and waited for their money. It's abundantly apparent that that's not Pirie Homes's style.

Ross stepped up to the plate and became the single point of contact for the entire chain. He dropped everything to focus 100% on bridging the communications between all the solicitors and expediting the resolution of the outstanding issues. He was also in contact with us constantly throughout the process and definitely eased our minds.

We ended up with a successful completion and are now approaching the first week in our new home.

I can't thank Ross and Jack enough for their sterling efforts and going above and beyond the call of duty.
