Still Waiting for a Reply…
I’m from Lithuania and have been trying to order from Pyro Shop, but the experience has been pretty mixed. The website keeps showing “unverified order – waiting for customer response,” yet I never received any email or message from them. I tried contacting their support to sort it out, but unfortunately I didn’t get a reply.
I’m giving 3 stars because the shop itself looks good and the products seem interesting, but the communication and verification process definitely need improvement. If they can fix their customer service and order verification system, the experience would be much better.
