When we decided to convert an internal garage into an ensuite bedroom and replace the existing dated kitchen friends highly recommended Pitcher Build Ltd to us of the back of the work they had done on their property.
Pitcher Build were quick to respond and booked an appointment to view the property and discuss our needs. The quote was not the cheapest, or most expensive, received however we felt it was the most complete. For example structural calculations were requested up front so they could quote accordingly.
Once the quote was provided they willingly went through and explained the various costs with us and were able to provide a fairly accurate schedule and estimated date for completion of the works. Once we agreed on the price they took control of the project management for us, liaising and organising with the various required trades.
Works started on our property on time and finished within the quoted price and time frame. When issues inevitably arose they were dealt with promptly and with full disclosure / consultation. All of Pitcher Build workers / contractors were polite and very respectful towards us, our property and also of our neighbours.
We lived in the property whilst works were underway but were pleasantly surprised by how little mess was left at the end of each day; even impressing the Mrs! Pitcher Build kept us up to date and informed throughout of what work was completed and what was happening next.
Even after the final payment was made and dust settled Pitcher Build have been in touch ensuring everything we had on the snag list, they requested, has been dealt with.
