Easy to use and not to bulky for the dog

We have two dogs that love to go on their own adventures whenever they escape the garden. We bought a PitPat to try about 6 months ago. This is our second, which is all I need to say about the gadget's performance. They replace earlier subscription based products from another brand. As long as they last almost two years they will prove less expensive while locating our pets just as effectively (the warranty is just one year).

To my knowledge, this is the only tracker available without a monthly subscription. It actually works and enables one to track their dog using an app on the phone. It's only limitation in my experience is that there are a few areas where the mobile phone signal is very weak.

Bought as a gift for a friend. Whilst I have no personal experience of the Pitpat I am told it has proved comforting in the knowledge of his dogs whereabouts whilst out walking. I am told he feels it will more than pay for itself within a few outings.

Being of the “older” generation, I found this very easy to set up. First time any of our dogs have had a tracker but it does give peace of mind.

It is a great idea but much information needed to link and it proved to be a quite involved process. When you in a rural area which is when these trackers are most needed, it is unlikely that you will have access to a 5G network, which is what it needs to work
