Never even acquired a signal, so it never worked once. An expensive lesson.....
Great, wish i had bought one earlier as i have an ex working setter who, from time to time, feels the need to work again and disappears into vegetation after game birds. Now i know where she is - never far away but rarely visible and like a stealth missile.

Seems robust enough for the job and my dog went for a short paddle/swim the other day and the unit was unaffected by this.

The product is well made and the battery life seems ok. I have only had the tracker a few weeks but when I have used it to locate my dog it has taken over 5mins on a couple of occasions to locate the animal. Compared with my previous tracker it seems to struggle to connect quickly and easily.

No subscription. Bought because my dog gas started to get very independent. She disappears into the undergrowth/bushes or long grass & being low to the ground, becomes invisible. With this tracker I can follow where the is even when I can't see her. It is sturdy, surviving her rolling around in the dirt. Rechargeable & charged only once since it arrived 7 days ago

I bought these to replace the live 360 tracker as wanted instant location however The battery drains very quickly. I’m having to charge mine every day plus I live In a very good signal area. unfortunately they don’t always track effectively. My husband took the dogs out recently and I went to track them but for whatever reason the app wouldn’t pick up the location so personally they aren’t as good as the live360 tracker I still have on one of the dogs

Unreliable. Sometimes slow to start, sometimes it doesn't start at all. I've just got back from a 40 minute walk and the Pit Pat app is still telling me "Starting a walk...(spinning circle)". It's the same walk I did the evening before which it did log. It's happened before 'starting a walk' when I'm a minute away from returning home. So the information logged by Pitpat is untrue. It is under-recording my dog's exercise. It sets a target and now it looks as if I'm failing to give my dog enough exercise, which is not the case. I think that's the worst part of it. Sometimes it tells me it can't locate my phone's compass (when presumably it's done it before). Not helpful. All in all, extremely annoying. Inadequate technology.

i have used the pit pat trackers with my 3 Great Danes for several years now and they are a godsend. We live on a farm in Italy and travel together across Europe back to our other home in London. The dogs used to sometimes get out of the farm into the surrounding countryside which is very wild and it was hard to find them but the pit pat locates them perfectly and can even be seen by my son in London when we are in Italy!

I chose PitPat as no subscription fee and one off payment . I’d rather pay more for the device than having the annoying monthly payment , we don’t need yet another bill every month , life is expensive enough at the moment thank you very much . The device fits really well to Rosie’s collar with the Velcro strap , unfortunately Rosie rolled in fox poo the other day but the device was easy to clean etc .

I installed the app but its takes a long time to load and then keeps crashing My phone has suggested I put it into a deep sleep which means it would but useless for tracking my dog
