PitPat is a pet wellness company that creates products and services to support and inspire pet parents to keep their dogs, happy, healthy and safe.
PitPat began because we recognised that our relationship with dogs has changed.
The traditional animal-owner relationship does not apply.
Dogs are no longer possessions but a member of the family and we’re no longer owners but pet parents.
Naturally, we want to keep them happy, healthy and safe by giving them the best care possible. But with so much to consider and so much conflicting and contradictory advice, pet parents are overwhelmed.
That’s where PitPat comes in. We take away the guesswork and give pet parents the confidence to know they’re doing the right thing for their dog.
Our connected world means we’re there for pet parents through every step of their dog’s life.
We're removing the guesswork with propositions that inform, inspire and support pet parents to make better, more individual choices, that improve the lives of not only their pets but all pets.
So don’t worry pet parents, we got you!
What's the bigger picture?
Well, one day, we see a future where having a little device on your dog’s collar that helps you look after them better will be the norm.
We see a world where pet care is active not passive, proactive not reactive and individual not general.
Need more convincing?
The population-level insights we’re gathering from the hundreds of thousands of dogs that have already joined us are going to completely revolutionise pet care. So having a PitPat doesn’t just benefit your dog but all dogs!

I live very near to a main dual carriageway and my terrier is very keen on hunting rats.
Before we bought the PitPat, I was in a constant state of anxiety.
Happily, the road holds no interest for Nev, and when he’s off by himself, I can watch where he is.
I would just add that I’m a shepherd and this is private land.

Can't fault it.
Checked the live tracking twice since I purchased it.
Worked perfectly and accurately each occasion.
Great for peace of mind.
All good 👍

Absolutely invaluable for any dog with a bit of wanderlust. Also tracks activity, saves favourite walks, organises dietary requirements and food provision, offers a range of doggy accessories, treats and toys and is constantly being updated and improved.
I would never be without my PitPat tracker, I just wouldn’t feel my dog was safe.

Kept up-to-date with the issue regarding the tracker and how they were going to fix it, then given another update and a time scale so all on so really happy with the information provided

We have had PITPAT tracker for 4 years and it works well, if a little slow to connect at times - there is no subscription so can’t complain, although if I had lost the dog it would seem like for ever. It’s fallen off twice (user error - not attached properly ) and I used the tracker to find it again. The unit is small enough to fit on the collar, we have experienced two units have their software go wrong and PITPAT customer service has been amazing. They replaced the unit twice with no argument quibble or issues. They did want the old unit back which is fair. The tracker has a one off payment and is amazing value,

From a finding point of view the device works well albeit could be quicker.
My main disappointment is the recording of the dog's activity. I have tried a number of settings and had a replacement unit but the distances reported by the app seem way out in comparison to my dog's activity level.

What a crappy app. I manage to find the free activities and over winter i couldn't use. Came back to it...the app has change. Bottom line they dont tell you they take away or make it impossible to find free activities. Small print is very small.
Be very wary of this product and company as its all marketing and zero delivery.
Happy to do a video of their product being thrown in the skip for all to see. And yes I know they may come back and say you didnt give us a chance to rectify. I did and they didn't.

I’ve had my PitPat for about a week, bought brand new. The battery is lucky to last a day and a half, very disappointing. I bought it as taking my dog away in case they get lost. As the battery is so poor how would I find her.

Have had PitPat tracker for 4 years, great product. Great for keeping eye on activity levels with the security of having tracker if needed. Great customer services anytime I’ve had to contact them. Would highly recommend

Absolutely love it! It's give me peace of mind knowing that should my puppy run off, the gps is extremely accurate. It shows how many steps he's taken and where he's been during his walks.

My wife takes our Nala on a really long walk on a Thursday afternoon into town to meet up with friends to Nala ,so pit pat gps makes it easy for me to follow her progress. If Nala decides to go walkabout (as I stay at home) I can easily relay where she is to my wife.

I’m giving it a 3 star as the GPS can take around 30 seconds to connect when a AirTag is instant. It also uses about 5% of battery a day which drains it quickly.
Otherwise it is quite accurate on the location, just need to connect quicker as a dog can cover some ground in 30 seconds .
