refund not received after more than two weeks

Extremely disappointed – refund not received after more than two weeks

I requested a refund from PittaRosso on May 26th, and they informed me that the refund was processed on May 27th. However, after more than 18 days, I still have not received any money back in my bank account.

Moreover, I have not received any real proof of the transfer — only a suspicious screenshot that looks like it was made in Photoshop. I repeatedly asked them to provide transaction details (transfer code, receipt), but my requests have been completely ignored.

This delay and lack of transparency from PittaRosso are unacceptable and very frustrating.

I strongly advise caution when ordering from PittaRosso, as their refund process is unreliable and extremely slow.
