I was surprised with the cheap price, than I saw their quality and I'm not even surprised anymore. Bad print, and worst material that I've ever seen someone working with.

I have not received my order. There is no estimate for when this will be fixed. Im a longtime customer and very disappointed at the way this has been handled.

Great experience with the process of uploading the artwork, so easy and seamless. The quality of the printing really impressed me, my labels are so beautiful and the paper is exactly what I wanted! I will be an ordering more in the future.

Very Good service

Fast service and amazing print quality.

I placed an order, but I made a mistake with the specifications (size and paper) and immediately placed another order with the correct details. I also sent an email to Pixartprinting asking them to cancel the first order. This was on a Wednesday morning. The following Monday, I received an email saying that it was not possible to cancel the other order because it was already in production. My cancellation email was sent very quickly, and several days had passed since then. I don’t think this was necessary. Nonetheless, they promptly resolved it by sending me a voucher for the order’s value. After exchanging a few more messages, they eventually refunded me and, in the end, sent the prints for both orders. I give 4 stars because I really believe there was enough time between Wednesday morning and Monday for them to have seen my message and stopped the order from going into production. Either way, I liked the prints, and the support team was effective in resolving the situation.

I have received the wrong package and despite that I reached out nobody has contacted me

Good quality overall, but my problem is that during the rainy season, the package should be wrapped in plastic film. Fortunately, it stopped raining on the day of delivery, but had the package been exposed to rain, most, if not all, of the flyers could have been ruined. If that had happened, I would have disappointed my client, delayed the project by a week, and incurred double the costs.

This is simply not acceptable from a company the size and expertise of Pixartprinting. A few cents spent on plastic film could save your clients hundreds of euros in damages.

I love Pixartprinting. Fast, reliable and good checks on the design. Will use them anytime.
