I ordered a pair of sandals that I really liked, but they were just to big. I have been trying for the last month to return them for a smaller size. Their comment was they sent what I ordered. Yes they did but they are too big & I want to exchange for a smaller size. Never heard back from them.
I ordered shoes specifically with arch support as I have a foot condition that requires it. I ordered several pairs of shoes. Three pairs met my expectations, but the other two did not. The description was misleading; there was no arch support whatsoever, equivalent to a flat flip-flop. I sent photos and explained that what I ordered differed from what I received. The shoes had zero arch support, and they knew it. Comparison photos from the website and what I received showed a complete difference. They did not accommodate me or issue a refund.
Additionally, the second problematic pair arrived three weeks later and was the wrong shoe style and size. If you have real foot issues and need to follow specific orders from a podiatrist, be cautious ordering here as you may receive something entirely different from what you expect.
The other three pairs I ordered, which were sneakers rather than sandals, worked out fine, and I was pleased with them.
The shoes are too big. I asked to return for a smaller size. They CLAIMED they don’t have it in stock. I asked for my money back and they fell off the face of the earth.
***DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!***
