Placed an order for delivery on the 16th. Was sent out on the 14th and was not due to be delivered till 21st!! Was not scanned in by royal
Mail till 17/18th! Very poor service and customer service.

I read the requirements on the company website and uploaded my photos to their specification and they printed them out exactly as specified.

I recently ordered 20 prints of multiple artwork, did have a hiccup with sending the artwork in the correct size but Iain stepped in and patiently helped sort it and reprinted the posters ! I can’t remember how I originally found Pixel2Print but now I never look anywhere else. I fulfil orders for my Etsy business using their white label shipping and only ever have positive feedback. I struggle with social and interpersonal skills and what I love about P2P is that the ordering experience is like any other major large scale business, but if you do need a little help, they’re on hand with the ‘real human’ touch. No wading through lengthy phone queues or getting anxious about having to explain yourself to someone. Couple of simple emails, they look after you, issue sorted. ☺️☺️☺️ In summary: Excellent product quality, straightforward transactions and overall honesty and reliability.

The perfect 1350x768mm custom size print arrived much earlier than we expected and fitted perfectly in our existing frame at a very reasonable price.
