The actual AI output was fine. What I found highly objectionable was the way they sign you up to an on-going subscription without letting you know. I paid the required fee for some images but was billed several days later for a much higher amount. So much so that my bank identified the charge as likely credit card fraud and cancelled my card! So thanks Pixella. I’m now without a credit card for at least a week. Obviously, won’t be using your site again. Check the How To Remove guide for more detailed information about this site.

Working with other tools, I wasn't happy with the upscaling result, I needed a quick solution, right now... The quick Subscription and payment for a single day/short use was super quick and easy. It was all a very smart and easy flow.

Yes, it’s doing well

It was great because they solved my problem. But at the beginning I was worried because it seemed that they didn't understand what I was asking...

SCAM. Avoid at all costs. I paid $1.49 as a one off payment for one file. and they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card $63 for a subscription I never agreed to. I contacted Costumer Service and they refused to give me a refund, instead offering me an annual subscription for the money they stole from me.

Initially, I did not find it user friendly. The customer service was good and helped address some of my queries. So far, I have been able to generate some interesting images.

Great customer service. Photos excellent. I found what I was looking for.

The best services, I tried a lot but with Pixella I resolved the problem in a few minutes.

NOT happy. Bought a 1 week license for $1 USD, was billed for a 1 year license for $50 USD over 10 days later. Registered cancellation and refund request with support and was issued the cancellation but NOT the refund as they claimed I failed to opt out when I made the original purchase and would have clearly seen that info when I first purchased. If I had I never would have purchased in the first place. I also had a receipt from them for the initial purchase, but they suddenly stopped responding when I sent it.

The customer support response was within a few hours and I was fully refunded for a purchase that I made in error. I am delighted with the result.

Unlike some other AI image generators on the internet, Pixella produces an accurate image depiction from my description at a reasonable price.

this is a scam. I paid six dollars for two projects and now they charge me $50 without any notification or nothing else. Don’t trust this bullshit.

Unfortunately, there are no 0 stars because there are a lot of them and 1. Fraudsters who make unauthorized withdrawals from bank accounts for unused services.
