Do not buy any games from them it’s a HUGE SCAM!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this site. I paid for a game that said it would be redeemed within the hour. I am now currently still waiting 38 hours later. None of the chat rooms work so whenever i request a refund I am met with “we are working on your product, please allow for more time”. I suspect I won’t receive a refund and the game just won’t be delivered. This site is a SCAM!!!

I had a disappointing experience with this store. I purchased a 1-year PlayStation Plus subscription, expecting a standard activation code. Instead, I received login credentials for a separate account that I’m supposed to add to my PS5 , They refused to refund the money.

I ordered yoshi's woolly world from them on g2a 2 weeks ago and didnt got the game so i just bought it on nintendo eshop, but then the game came, so i decided to contact support (pixelpuffin support) and explained the situation and they were kind (the rest happened on g2a)and they gave me a refund (they have 28 days) so 5 stars is fair because of their support and didnt loose anything

Sells switch account to other people after their so called warranty runs out (illegal to do the way they do it), and refuses to give you a replacement or even help, so you just lose access to the game you have spent money on, dont buy from these scammers.

I really fell for this i tought that this wasnt a scam but turns out it is. Some worker is typing bunch of nonsense and avoid to answer couple of questions. Only thing he answers is for me to buy game and steal money. Wow

They got my switch banned/bricked. Not worth the risk just pay for the legit game.

Purchased a game account through G2A using this vendor. I had some confusion on how the process worked, but live support helped me through the way and the game installation was successful. They have very clear instructions that are easy to follow for the installations.

This web site is al SCAM! Support sucks and will not help you (Irene).

Real thieves. They sell you a PSN account, and after some time, they change the account details and take it back just to sell it to someone else. When you contact them, they claim you changed the account information, so they say there’s nothing they can do. I’m extremely angry — this is outright theft, plain and simpl

The game crashes every time I open it, and I have to contact them every time to get them to fix the problem.
Don't buy from these scammers.

Purchased through g2a, nothing suggests the delivery time for a digital product can take up to 24 hours, which I knew later on after waiting for 3 hours and asking their customer service. No solution other than waiting and probably false hopes of "we're pinging our team to speed up the process." Won't recommend, won't be buying again. Support estates I didn't read the terms which are purposedly hidden and never prompted for review. Edit: The order never arrived and I had to ask for a refund after waiting for 24hrs. Maddening experience as they could've offered the refund right away instead of making me wait.

Ich habe bei pixelpuffin.net eine angebliche Lizenz für The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom erworben. Statt eines offiziellen Lizenzschlüssels oder eines gültigen Nintendo-Codes erhielt ich lediglich eine Anleitung, auf meiner Nintendo Switch ein neues Benutzerprofil zu erstellen und dieses mit einem vom Verkäufer verwalteten Nintendo-Account zu verknüpfen.

Diese Vorgehensweise verstößt klar gegen die Nutzungsbedingungen von Nintendo, die den Verkauf, die Vermietung oder sonstige entgeltliche Weitergabe von Accounts ausdrücklich verbieten.

Bereits bei der Aktivierung traten Probleme auf, die mehrfachen Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer erforderten. Der Zugang wurde zwischenzeitlich gesperrt, und aktuell kann ich das Produkt nicht mehr nutzen. Der Verkäufer hat sich trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung geweigert, eine ordnungsgemäße Lösung oder Rückerstattung anzubieten.

Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei pixelpuffin.net zu kaufen. Der angebotene „Service“ ist weder nachhaltig nutzbar noch rechtmäßig und führt im Zweifel zum Verlust des Zugangs und des bezahlten Geldes.

I purchased an alleged license for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom from pixelpuffin.net. Instead of receiving an official license key or a valid Nintendo code, I was only given instructions to create a new user profile on my Nintendo Switch and link it to an account managed by the seller.

This practice clearly violates Nintendo’s Terms of Service, which explicitly prohibit the sale, rental, or any other paid transfer of accounts.

From the start, I encountered problems activating the product, which required multiple contacts with the seller. The account was later suspended, and currently I am unable to use the product at all. Despite repeated requests, the seller has refused to provide a proper solution or a refund.

I strongly advise against buying from pixelpuffin.net. The “service” offered is neither sustainable nor legitimate and may result in the loss of both access and the money paid.
