These people at pixel hub scammed me. They sent me a broken camera and wouldnt fix it or give me a refund. On a chat with them, they said all they needed was for me to send the camera back, none of the cheap accessories, just the camera and lens. So I did. A week or two later, I chat with someone that says I didnt send everything back....you guys told me you just needed the camera and lens. On top of that, they expected me to give them another $150 to fix the broken camera they sent me. We are looking into what legal steps we can take. I have all the screen shots from the chats. Just trust me on this, they will steal your money. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAMERA FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. IT IS A SCAM! Read more comments, the same thing has happened to numerous people. Dont get scammed, dont give them any of your money. Buyer beware.

Wish I would've came here before dealing with this company.. I bought an ebook for $6 then I get charged $60 a few days later! So much for getting a cheap ebook.... I asked what the charge was and for a refund They said since I didn't cancel the 2 day trial subscription that came with my order, my card got charged. I told them I don't recall signing up for any subscription and that I want to cancel and would like a refund. would like a refund. I also said they need to be more transparent about this 2 day trial at the checkout process. They gave me the same response as before. Wondering at this point if I'm even talking to a human... I asked to cancel and they apparently canceled. Now I'm out $60 for something I'm not using and did not intentionally purchase because they won't refund the charge. Bunch of crooks!

I purchased an underwater housing for a DJI action camera 4 from Best Buy but it was in fact from Pixel Hub. The housing was the wrong size. Sought to return it and got an email to return it to any Best Buy store. The store refused to return it referring to me to the invoice indicating the item can’t be returned to the store. Emailed Pixel Hub and Best Buy called them. It’s now been days since I sought to return the item and Pixel Hub has been silent. I strongly suggest not to purchase items from Pixel Hub.

BEWARE!! They advertised a Paperback book that looked really awesome in their commercial. When I ordered the book they sent me a poor and bad copy of a book digitally online. I reached out to them that they advertised a book, not a bad digital copy that you can only access online, and to ask for a refund. They stated that it is impossible to get a refund. Now I see all these enormous amount of bad reviews on this company, it they need to be investigated. BEWARE, don't do business with this people, it is SCAM.

I tried to buy a cheap book that looked quite good online but instead was charged for that item and another more expensive one.

They asked me for my shipping address but sent the "books" via email. It's a scam!

Terrible customer service and responsiveness. They add things to your order without your knowledge and then say you added it. Stear clear from this company.

I was trying to get my order cancelled within 1 minute. They make you push buttons you don’t want to push to get out of their site after deciding not to buy. It adds on $20. This is a scam, DON’T EVEN TRY TO GET OUT OF THEIR SITE.

If I could go any lower, I wouldg. They use deceptive practices to add things you never wanted. There was also no indication that a "book" I ordered was digital. They add a 2 day Free trial subscription-in the Terms and Conditions at the end! Yeah, those that you Have to check! I did this on Sunday, and they took the subscription charge, 42.00, after midnight early Tuesday morning! There is No way to Cancel this from the website- no phone, but you can Submit a Ticket- that they have 48!! Hours to reply to. By then, you've been charged and there are NO REFUNDS! I'm 60 and needed that money for a bill. I was buying a home remedy book for 4.90 that has cost me 50.00.
Oh, I've submitted a ticket and still no resolve!

Went to order their "spiral Bible" because it talked about how great the pages are and how they are think and made in the USA and also ordered the woman's study bible just to find out they are digital downloads! Then the next day they charged my card AGAIN for another $34 for the same items please some bundle pack. I tried talking to someone who claimed it's clearly stated they are digital downloads and when I sent back screenshots of there website showing it does not state this and they refused to refund me and now they want to charge me again!!!!

The autism bundle description states that the cards come with rounded corners and strong adhesive. Nothing in the description states that it is only digital download material. In addition when you go to checkout the navigation is nearly impossible to not end up adding additional digital content to your cart. Nor do they show you your cart or total prior to the purchase screen, so if you go through quickly, you will pay for content that you don’t want and can not get a refund for. Buyer beware!

I bought a book for a Mother's Day gift and they added a random digital bundle and membership that I had to cancel through their website. 21 dollars wasted as they claimed they can't give a refund due to the digital crap they force on you at checkout. DO NOT buy anything from these scammers.

This company is a scam. Ordered a book by all indications was a real book. When I looked at my email invoice it said it was a download AND another bundle was added to my order without my permission. When I called the customer service Number, I was told I could not get my money back. Their website says 'money back Guaranteed'. The rep said that was only if I purchased a product. What do they think I bought??? Horrible company

No stars, I wanted to purchase pharmacology book and a screen popped up for an upgrade for a bundle that I didn't ask for so, now I'm charged 26 dollars. I talked to a rep and the make sure everything is digital to not give your money back. Real scammish wouldn't recommend.

THOROUGHLY READ descriptions & fine print prior to making purchases. I feel that they are not truly above board with their ads.

They show a physical spiral bible but are selling a digital product. It's misleading to say the least. Will not consider any product from this company in the future.

My purchase automatically signed me up for a 2 day free trial. I was unable to find the cost of the trial. I chatted with a customer rep that said she canceled the trail but then ended our chat prior to my receiving the confirmation email.

Right out of the box, I could tell this wasn’t some flimsy mass-produced mat. The stitching is tight and clean, the print is vibrant, and it has a solid weight to it that helps it stay in place. I’ve been using it daily for weeks and it still looks brand new. You can tell they put real care into these.

The surface is honestly perfect. I use a wireless mouse and do a mix of work and gaming, and it glides so smoothly over the mat without any drag or skipping. It’s got just enough resistance for control, but it’s still fast when you need it. Total upgrade from the mat I was using before.

False advertiser, they just want your information, they use different names and products, never buy from them, false advertising scammers.

This is a false advertising website, ordered a product for $4.90,proceed to charge me $28.90 , my bank text immediately, and stop the charge on my card.. had get a new card..so disappointed but also lucky didn't get taken... beware

Working The Roots by MICHELE. E LEE is not yours! It is fraud & you are scamming people with false advertisements -- from publishing, pricing, everyone involved is evil. If anyone wants this book, order it directly from her & not these scam artist who don't even include the full book. Save your money from this website in whole.
