Avoid

I've been waiting a month for my canvas print after using a Groupon deal. Have contacted Pixframe 3 times and have heard nothing. Going by others experiences on Twitter it doesn't bode well.

Non-Existent Customer Service, Product Never Delivered

I had bought a voucher through Groupon for a Canvas to be printed by Pixframe. Their online order tracking showed progress for the first couple of days, but after that --- nothing, it stalled in the "Printing" phase.

After 2 weeks with no progress I attempted to contact them. They do not list a telephone number... so I had to submit a request via their online contact form. This was completely ignored by the company.

Every two weeks afterwards (for 2 months) I continued to submit online contact forms and never got any response from them. Absolutely non-existent service, would strongly advise people to avoid.
