Outrageous! No customer service what so ever! Ordered two pan pizzas from Pizza Hut, one in Large and one in Medium. Both of the pizzas were delivered cold, the larger pizza was overcooked and a Small 21,5cm pizza was delivered instead of a 26 cm Medium pizza. Called Pizza Hut to complain, sent a photo, was hung up on and ignored. Called another Pizza Hut and was told that Osnabrück definitely sent the wrong size and that I should complain by Lieferando. I did this and absolutely nothing happened, no new pizza delivered, no reimbursement, no apology from Lieferando or Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut then proceeded to delete my negative review! I was so angry about being brushed off that I filed a complaint by PayPal. No customer service what so ever!

Hi my name is Nazish and yesterday i went to Pizzahut Waterfront Bremen.totally bad experience although i am the regular visitor since 2017.
We were 5 people and they served 4 plates and asked if we still need for the 5th person, no hand towels no spoon no fork etc served .my kids has taken out from the other table by themselves, we ordered 2 pizzas with sauces ,sauces were missing ,

My God how pizzahut survive with this behave

Pizza is my favourite food outside home.

Pizza Hut where you get best pizza in the world. I just love there Pizza's. I tried last time Cheesy Pizza which was made with 4 different type of cheese. Wow, I just liked it. Thank you for such awesome test.

My husband and I have ordered carryout pizza from Pizza Hut for over 30 years. This evening we ordered by phone two large pizzas with regular crusts--one was a Meat Lovers and the other was a Supreme. They charged us approx $53! The last time we ordered the same thing it was $37 and we tipped the driver. We will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Three years after the pandemic and people and the economy are just getting back on their feet. Then Pizza Hut has to try and rob us! Never again. We're done with you, Pizza Hut. I hope you go bankrupt.

Taste is okay. The quality is also okay.

However, with the overpriced pizzas should not skimp on the toppings, so only 3 stars.

Horrid pizza, don't go here under any circumstances.

The pizza is gross. This place is horrid the food is cold and greasy and the staff are rude and nasty they will never help you when you come in they will walk away and go smoke in the back room.
