Placed an order to be delivered on 25 th May
Placed an order to be delivered at a set date and items didn’t arrive. Called them chasing after a day and was told this would be delivered following morning. Then received a call on the day this would be delayed until afternoon. Items still haven’t come within the time slot given by the lady I spoke to in customer services. Customer service extremely poor and unhelpful. Items were due to be fitted today had builders booked in and now lost out on money.
Absolutely first class service
Absolutely first class service, an incredibly helpful, and friendly couple of lads delivered a couple of boxes to us in Guildford this morning.

Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare! Delivery men refusing to help a 60 years old man to carry 4 big crates of goods into the house. They expected the 60 years old to do it himself. When he clearly can't carry it, they then say he is refusing to accept the delivery! Unfortunately, we have no power to choose the delivery company as this is with B&q. Tried to contact B&Q but cannot get through. We have tried the live chat and the person said someone will call the next day but we didn't get a call. We tried to call the recommended number 3 times but have been cut off every single time. We don't know what to do and it's over £5k of goods.

Just had a delivery from pjh for b&q not my first delivery from them but the worst delivery people ever the first person who delivered at the start of the week was very good his name was Adrian the next two are who I am writing about I received a phone call from them saying they were outside my address I told them I would be 5 minutes, two minutes later the other one phones me and makes it plain they won't wait I explained that I lived on a boat at the marina where they were delivering too but the guy just said hurry up . When I arrived at the back of their truck they informed me that the items were very heavy I asked them if they could help me down to the boat using the sack barrow which they had on the back of their truck but they didn't want to instead they just loaded my trolley up closed their truck up and drove off without any offers of help . The fact that there were two of them and both much younger than me would at the least could have prompted one of them to offer some sort of help , it's not as if they had a lot of items on the back of their truck , at one point a heavy item that was leaning against the side of their truck fell towards a parcel on the other side and there was definitely a sound like breaking glass coming from where the two items had impacted on each other but they didn't care so 1 put of 10 for customer service and satisfaction minus 10 out of 10 for care of other people's property and just to say if I am offered this delivery company again by b&q I shall take my custom elsewhere as I don't like being spoken to the way they spoke to me , I am sure that there are many more companies who like me to spend several thousand pounds in their stores

Terrible depot in Enfield. Management are totally incompetent . Would never recommend them to anyone.
B&Q delivery
I received an excellent service from PJH. I was kept up to date with multiple SMSs and when the delivery was going to be outside the ETA provided, their office even called me to let me know. The drivers also called me when they were roughly 30 minutes away. First class service.
Disgraceful company waiting 5 days for…
Disgraceful company waiting 5 days for a bath & toilet, they lied about having a crash so they couldn't deliver, then lied on the day of re-delivery only to be told it wasn't even in the van, & b&q continue to use this pathetic company for the deliveries, still no delivery,I have recorded phone calls and I am reporting this to the ombudsman, never ever use or rely on this company
They did a great job
They did a great job, careful and polite, whilst delivering a very large and heavy package upstairs. The lead up communication was also spot on.
LUXURY BATHROOM - WAITING SINCE AUGUST!!
After having a luxury bathroom fitted by my plumber in July 2022, we were somewhat annoyed when we realised the basin mixer tap was faulty. PJH issued the incorrect replacement part. Secondly, PJH then issued a further "correct" hopefully, to the merchant. This was issued without paperwork. The second replacement part, god knows if it is the correct replacement, was placed in the merchants warehouse. Why, because PJH issued without paperwork. Now its like looking for a needle in a haystack as merchant not sure where part is. PJH solution, to send a delivery note for the part to the merchant 4 weeks after delivering said part. Meanwhile, we are the end users with a tap which does not work. I personally sent repeated photos and videos to PJH. RESULT: PJH after waiting 4 months have agreed to send a whole replacement tap.
Your drivers are bullies
I was not a client, just someone on the street trying to cross the road when two van drivers decided to harass me.
Please train your drivers not to be bullies: just because I "had a concerned look on my face" whilst expecting the van to stop on a crossing when the light and the end of the road was red (and the van had to stop because there was a line of cars ahead), doesn't mean I have to be insulted. I didn't even say anything. Yet, the driver stopped on the crossing instead of leaving it free for people to cross, and I had to go around the van whilst being insulted; and for what? Not sure.
I have been trying to replace a fan…
I have been trying to replace a fan motor on an oven within the 5 year guarantee period. I cannot find a motor to do it myself, I have booked an engineer visit and heard nothing. When I tried to find out whether an engineer is visiting today as requested the phones are turned off. Don’t buy Prima.
Update 9 Nov- I don’t know what changed but on Monday I had 3 calls and by 2 o clock was advised a new motor was on the way free of charge.
Today (Wed), said motor arrived and is now replaced and oven back up and running. Thank you.
Maintenance Man
Norm has been my maintenance man since I moved into my new place. He is awesome he is very hard working,Very polite and is incredibly fast and gets the job done in no time. I highly recommend him, He definitely deserves a raise!
PJH Top delivery crew
Really apprehensive about B and Q delivery having read so many negative reviews about the PJH delivery crews. My experience of this company was 5 star. The driver and his mate were very pleasant could not have been more obliging and left really heavy goods in upstairs rooms as promised. My delivery was to Dartmouth on a busy Friday afternoon. 2nd Sept.Unfortunately I did not get names of the men. All good as far as I was concerned

when booking my delivery slot i asked repeadtedly if i would be called by the delivery driver before delivery. i was told, repeatedly, that i would definitly get a call 30 mins before. i recieved my call when the driver arrived at my address. he called and was extremely rude, telling me i have to hurry up as he was already here. i explained that he didnt call and would have to wait a few minutes while i sent someone to the property , to which he hung up. when the lady arrived to recieve my order, she was met with silence and dirty looks, neither employee responded to anything she said, which left her feeling vunerable. so to summerise, rubbish customer service, rude delivery drivers, and poor service. good job PJ50

Part of my order is missing
Part of my order is missing. Plus courier was very rude and had a go at me, complained he had come day before and had to go out of his way to take it to post office because I wasn't in, then he had to come back again today. If they had delivered on correct day I would have been home. There seems to be no communication between parcelforce and pjh
