We have used Paul Skinners services several times in the past when remortgaging our house (our eldest son has also used him) and we have always been impressed with his advice and efficiency so it was a no brainer to call on him again for our other son’s first house purchase for mortgage services (which came with it’s challenges!) However, Paul worked above and beyond - friendly, calm, approachable and always responded quickly with any queries (which there were many).
We definitely recommend.

We had a few issues with getting a mortgage because of the property we were purchasing and PKS did a great job of getting a mortgage at a very competitive rate.

Paul managed to sort us a mortgage when our current lender let us down at the last minute. With a full chain in place and surveys complete we had managed to get into a bit of a hole, Paul helped - sorted the mortgage and now we are in our dream house.
